I have gone at any time of day and been dissatisfied with the food quality MOST IMPORTANTLY. I understand this is a busy Atlanta location. The space is already limited for the building and parking- fine. But the staff also has NO personality. I understand it is probably because they are overworked since it's so busy- I get it. There's just no enthusiasm from them. Like okay let's move the line along. I know you're tired but let's not be lax. Tap out if needed. But to get home and your food sucks? That's what pisses me off. The quality is inconsistent. Last night my meat was tasteless and overcooked, the chips tasted processed for whatever reason and kind of almost stale. It gave me the ick trying to get through it and by the time I got to the end of it so I just spit it out stopped eating. I've gone before and it's been soggy or just something. It's always SOMETHING. It's never seamless. It's already annoying fighting traffic just to get over that way for a pickup. But to fight for Chipotle just for it to be not worth the wait, traffic, frustration or money? That's not okay. Not only that, they don't have anyone answering phones but corporate or AI, etc. Which I once again would understand if they were on top of things but they are not. Clearly there's some disconnect. Chipotle has enough money to pay enough workers and have quality control. I don't really run into this issue at any other Chipotle. At most locations, even if the service sometimes lacks, the food quality is always up to par. I can't deal. Being busy is a blessing, accommodate your people before the blessings stop.
