As an Uber eats driver sometimes is best to confirm that it being taken off the shelf different locations have different rules. The gentleman with the locs completely ignored and didn’t even respond when being spoken to but looked at me with a blank stare and proceeded to work. A simple okay or no problem would have sufficed. So rude!

After waiting 20 minutes in line and making your way to the counter is when you find out they are out of iteams like rice and pico. Cool you continue to roll with the punches then get to the register to find out they also don’t have any dressing. At what point is a location this busy going to do what is needed to ensure that they don’t run out of iteams or at least communicate with customers prior to ordering about what they are missing.

She had a visibly unpleasant attitude and refused to serve me fajita vegetables, stating they were unavailable. However, I could clearly see that there was an adequate amount still in the container. In today’s economy, customer service matters—especially when customers are choosing to support a business they are not obligated to patronize. Unfortunately, this is not my first negative experience at this location. I previously stopped visiting due to similar issues, and after returning for the first time in over a year, I encountered the same level of poor service.
