  Love Chipotle but this time they dropped the ball on the brown rice, it's crunchy, not one or two pieces the entire bowl I had, didn't make a point in person, hope someone from management cares to read the reviews.

  I have never had a good experience here. The first time, I placed an online order and the app said it was ready. I went to the pickup window and it was not ready - fine, no problem. I waited. And waited. And waited. It was finally ready 20 minutes after the stated pickup time. Today, I placed my online order well in advance and went to retrieve it from the pickup window. I rang the bell and after about a minute no one came to the window. I glanced inside and saw there were no customers inside the store - like literally zero - so I went inside and stated I was there to pick up an order. I was told to go to the pickup window. Yeah…I just came from there. I rang the bell and no one came. Then they laughed at me. So yeah, I don’t recommend this location.

  Normally, I like to leave good reviews, but unfortunately, not today. The service was horrible. I stood there waiting while the two employees working completely ignored me. I was the only person in line, yet I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, a very nice young lady—who told me she had just started working there—stepped in and took my order. What I found especially interesting was that as soon as she began helping me, the other two employees suddenly had no problem immediately helping customers who came in after me. I asked to speak with a manager because I wanted to address what had happened, and I was told that speaking with her “wouldn’t do any good because she doesn’t speak English.” That response only made the experience even more disappointing. I’ve attached photos documenting my visit. I rarely leave negative reviews, but being ignored while watching customers who arrived after me receive immediate service is unacceptable. Whatever the reason was, no customer should be made to feel invisible or unwelcome. The one positive part of the experience was the young lady who helped me. Despite being new, she was courteous, professional, and actually acknowledged that I was standing there waiting.

  I guess they ran out of salt. The chips were bland and stale, gauc was bland. I ordered a burrito w 2 different types of meat with the promo for free extra double meat, of course 1 meat was missing from the burrito. I’d skip this location and travel about 2 miles to Roswell rd location.

  I normally do not get Chipotle, but the location is directly across from my job, and I decided to give it a chance because I was trying to save time. I ordered a quesadilla through the digital ordering system because quesadillas can only be ordered digitally. When I went to pick up my order, I noticed that it was not packaged in the style of bag I expected for a quesadilla. I specifically asked the employee if everything was in the bag. Rather than checking, she simply handed me the bag. I walked all the way back to my office, sat down to eat, and discovered that the quesadilla was completely missing. The bag contained only the salsa and rice that were supposed to accompany the meal. I then had to walk all the way back to the restaurant to have the missing food prepared. When I arrived, the employee did not apologize or acknowledge the mistake. Instead, the first thing she said was that I needed to move my hand so it would not get caught in the door. After she prepared the quesadilla, I received my food without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience. She simply walked away.
