  Walked into a line all the way to the door. Everyone working had no sense of urgency. One person was preparing the food, and one was just standing at the register. The person preparing the food had no sense of urgency. Most chipotle’s I’ve been to have 2 people preparing the food to move the process along faster. Not sure why the person at the register couldn’t help prepare the food, and instead just stood there waiting until food was ready to ring up. Waited in line over 15 mins. This place is a far cry from any other Chipotle I’ve ever been to

  DO NO USE THIS LOCATION FOR CATERING: I have used this location twice for small catering orders and both times they have failed. The first time was a pick-up order for a small group (10 people). When I showed up, they acted like they didn't want to interact with me at all. I stood at the front for several minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Once the acknowledgement did happen, the young lady asked me if I was sure I was at the right location and I had to show her the order on my phone for her to then go back and BEGIN prepping it. I was late to the event I was hosting because of this. My second time trying to use them was tonight for a group of 20. Because of my previous experience, I set the delivery time to provide an extra 30 minute buffer. The Doordash driver reached out said the order was not ready. She waited over an hour and was kind enough to provide updates. After about 45 minutes, we tried to call the location, with no response. A call was then made to Chipotle corporate where even they were unable to get the location on the phone. During this call, a formal complaint was made by the corporate office. This made our event extremely stressful. To have a group of professionals attend an evening event is already difficult, but when the food promised has not arrived, it makes for a reroute of plans chaotic. Thankfully, Willy's filled a last-minute order for us. AMPLE time was provided to get both of these orders prepared. I will never use this location again for catering and will probably not eat there again, personally.

  If this wasn't the closest location to my job, I would never come here and I still may not come back. My team loves when we cater Chipotle for our work events, but this location never has my order ready on time. It would be one thing if it was busy when I walked in--I can appreciate working through a rush. But it's never busy when I come in to retrieve our order and yet it's never ever ready on time. This is like the 4th time and I think I'm done with this location. It's 25 mins past my pickup time and they're telling me it's going to be another 40 mins to complete. Insane.

  I don’t know why I can’t learn but don’t order online! In person line is normally not that busy and I’ve often had issues with orders being way late through the app. Also not that flexible of an operation. Guy in the back making online orders was clearly overwhelmed and no one from the front was willing to go help him, saying “we can’t move until 8” 🤷‍♂️

  I spent almost $50 at Chipotle on North Druid Hills for my family last night, and it was a very disappointing experience. At around 8:00 PM, despite not closing until 11:00 PM, they were already out of most of their toppings and ingredients. To make matters worse, every meal was served with rice that was extremely hard and undercooked. For the amount of money we spent, I expected much better quality and food availability. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location.
