After asking for rice and beans he proceeds to give me 1/4 of the spoon. I used to work at chipotle and I know that’s not the serving portion. Something needs to be done about this employee because I will never be coming to this location, matter fact I will now avoid the horrible customer service chipotle provides again, and I would encourage others to do so as well.

Then, after I paid I realized he forgot the wrap on the side as I requested (I got a bowl). They refused to give me the wrap UNLESS I PAID FOR IT. It was their mess up and seriously tried to still charge me? I will not be returning to this chipotle.

Got a bowl and the guy gave me UNDER a spoonful of chicken in my bowl when asked if he gave me the proper amount of chicken he said yes and I asked how much extra was and he didn’t know. I’ve eaten at enough chipotle’s to know it was not the right portion. I asked the next girl about it and she said it looked different because it was a different style of chicken. Not true. Then asked for a manager that had an attitude when I asked her to look at my bowl and to confirm the portion short brown skinned lady and said with an attitude “do you want your bowl remade or something???” And I said no I would just like you to look at the portion size, said she couldn’t because I had cheese on it, turned around while I was talking and rolled her eyes and either threw something or clapped her hands like she was irritated. So unprofessional. Trying to get in contact with corporate.
