- VVValhallacris5 days ago1.0This Chipotle gets worse every time I visit. The last time I went was on a Sunday around 12 p.m. There were only 3–4 people in front of me, yet it took about 30 minutes to order my food. There was only one person taking orders and handling the register, while a group of people stood by the tables waiting for their online orders. It was absolute chaos. To top it all off, the serving area was filthy. At one point, the employee grabbed a rag and wiped it all over the countertop without any regard for the food sitting there. You could literally see the rag touching the food. I won't be coming back unless they completely revamp this place.

The cashier who made my order this last visit was so rude. Unfortunately I tossed my receipt but she was working on July 14, 2026 around 3:25pm. She kept talking over me and claiming that she couldn’t hear me. The music was SO LOUD!! BLASTING!! I could barely hear my own thoughts. Of course you couldn’t hear me and that wasn’t my fault. She just had a terrible attitude for no reason. Then once I left and ate my bowl, it still had that off putting bucket water taste and smell that I couldn’t finish it. The ordering line / food stations are always dirty and you can tell they just don’t care. Willy’s or TUZA (authentic Mexican) RIGHT around the corner is muchhhh better and deserving of your money if Tex-Mex is what you want.
