- MMMilah MilahSep 22, 20261.0I get in line and order a salad with shredded lettuce. I ask for rice, a little black beans, chicken, and onions and peppers. One of the onions fell on the counter when he put them in my salad. He picks it up with his gloved hand and throws it back in the container. Not the trash, but back in 🫣 then, they douse it in sour cream. I get to the register and ask for 2 vinaigrette dressings. She pulls them out and some must’ve spilled out so she says “oh they’re so messy…” takes both of them and wipes them across her apron, then tosses them in my bag. I’m disgusted. I get home and try to eat it, and the rice is hard. I just…I don’t know. This is why people talk about issues with Chipotle and the cleanliness. Food service is so important.. I don’t ever want to eat at this Chipotle again after this one time. Usually this one is great. I don’t know what was going on tonight. Sorry to whoever got that onion off the counter. SMH.

She ignored my request to drain the food, gave me small portions of meat, and the worst part is that the liquid leaked into my car seat — even though it was only a two‑minute drive home, since I live in the apartment complex across the street. I paid almost $50 for the food, and now I have additional damage to my car seat. I just hope my car won’t smell like Chipotle for a long time. Chipotle needs to train their employees to provide proper customer service, be respectful, and at the very least not be lazy and prepare the food the way they should.

Without exception, the steak is always poor quality, with a lot of fat and connective tissue and barely any actual meat. The same goes for the chicken. They’re also very stingy with the protein portions.
