- DWDiamonds WatsonOct 6, 20261.0Over the course of the two months, I've been purchasing from this location, I've come to see that this location is not efficient. With that in mind, knowing I do not have lunch at my job today, there's a seven-minute walk to Chick-fil-a , the walk back, and a thirty-minute break, I attempted to be proactive by ordering ahead for PICKUP twenty minutes BEFORE I clocked out for break. Upon paying, the screen stated it would be a 6–9-minute wait and that my food would be waiting on the shelf, implying I don't need to let them know I was there because it would be made prior to not upon my arrival. Upon arrival, the food was not there, the drink was not made, and I was told by someone that it’s because I didn’t click I’m here. What is the point if I’m being told the ETA of my food being ready and where to find it. The manager looked at me several times and did not once walk my way or ask me what was wrong. When I finally got my food, I spent another few more minutes waiting for my drink, and again, the manager, nor anyone at the front, asked me if I needed any assistance. Instead, the dining room attendant saw to it. By then, there was no point in leaving and eating because I'd have less than fifteen to sit and eat. So, I sat, and ate there, and before I left, purchased a brownie that was dried out, hard, and fell apart. Usually, Chick-fil-a is the standard of customer service, and this location did not give/do that at all. If you are on a tight time crunch or have somewhere to be, I would not recommend this location.

The employee claimed no one saw my car , but I had been parked in that exact spot the entire time, then starting asking question if my car was there when obviously you can see it parked . Curbside pickup is meant to save time, yet my food was completely cold by the time I received it. Having to go inside defeats the whole purpose of ordering curbside in the first place

There is a 2nd lane that is mobile only, yet when you use it, you wait just as long as if you pulled up and ordered in person. Every employee says they complaint to corporate and they don’t care…I was even encouraged by the drive thru employees to write this review in an effort to get corporate to change the policy. SMH.
