    This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. My wife, my mother, and I came in expecting fresh food and the excellent customer service Chick-fil-A is known for, but we received neither. When our food arrived, the fries were cold, and the mac and cheese was extremely dry and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. Nothing about the meal seemed fresh. What made the experience even worse was how the staff handled the situation. We politely asked if our food could be replaced, exchanged, or refunded, but they refused every option. Instead, they insisted the food was fresh, gave us an attitude, and handed the same food right back to us as if our concerns didn’t matter. It’s disappointing when the food isn’t right, but it’s unacceptable when customers are treated with disrespect for simply asking for fresh food. We spent our money expecting quality and left feeling ignored, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location and will not be returning.

    What a poor excuse for a Chick-fil-A. The operator here should be ashamed of how this establishment is being run. It completely tarnishes the brand's reputation for hospitality and cleanliness. Rude & Indifferent Staff: The employees here are downright miserable and rude. Don't expect a single "My pleasure"—you'll be lucky if they even acknowledge you without rolling their eyes or giving you an attitude. Chaos at the Drive-Thru: The drive-thru is a constant, disorganized mess. There are always issues with orders, and the line moves at a absolute crawl compared to any normal location. Filthy Dining Room: Inside is even worse. The dining room is completely neglected, with sticky, dirty tables covered in leftover crumbs and trash. To make matters worse, management has allowed it to turn into a hangout spot, with homeless individuals taking up tables for hours on end while paying customers have nowhere to sit. Zero Customer Service: Good luck trying to call them to get an issue resolved. No one ever answers the phone, completely cutting off any avenue for customer support. Save your money and your sanity. Go to literally any other place in Atlanta - Waffle House has better service.

    I was very disappointed with my experience at this Chick-fil-A. I placed a mobile order at 7:20 PM and arrived at 7:38 PM expecting it to be ready or close to ready. Instead, I waited in the mobile order line until 7:55 PM before finally receiving my food. What was most frustrating was watching multiple cars come through the regular drive-thru, place their orders, and leave with their food before I received my mobile order. I could also see my food sitting on the counter for what appeared to be around 30 minutes. When I asked about the delay, I was told they were waiting to make my lemonade before handing me the order. During this time, I noticed several employees standing around talking and dancing while the mobile order line continued to back up. There didn’t seem to be any sense of urgency to help waiting customers or get orders out efficiently. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but the purpose of placing a mobile order is to save time. Unfortunately, this experience did the opposite. I hope management addresses the workflow and customer service so that mobile orders are handled more efficiently in the future.

    Hate to leave a bad review on a spot in the neighborhood but this place leaves a lot to be desired. Consistently I receive other people’s orders, lack of requested sauce, and the location can feel unsafe with the homeless harassing you outside and inside the store

    Sometimes this location has issues with being stingy on Mobile Orders. I feel like the food quality isn’t the same as going through the regular line. Also I’ve watched the main line move through triple the speed as the Mobile order on multiple occasions. Doesn’t that defeat the purpose of ordering through the app?? Very rarely do you get all the condiments you ask for. Good luck tracking someone down if you need something. I feel like for a premium price, the parfait should look a teensy bit more like what’s advertised (the granola does come on the side). My hash browns were definitely not to the standard amount (pic is before eating any). I counted 9, should be closer to 12. They’ve also left the egg off of breakfast sandwiches before and bacon off of Clubs …Check your food before you leave!
