- BNBri NicciMay 13, 20261.0Heavy set, African American male; believed to be the shift leader gave the nastiest attitude when I tried to hand the female window cashier a $50 bill to pay for my son’s & I meals, after being told by two previous cashiers I could pay with it at the window. He rolled his eyes, and shouted “Regardless of what they said, I’M TELLING YOU WE DON’T ACCEPT $50 or $100 at this location”. With that particular Chick fil a being such a busy location I find that hard to believe. I simply left and went to the other location 5 minutes away and was told that was incorrect information he provided , they accept all cash and they apologize on their behalf. From that, I will no longer be ordering from this location and will also advise others of that particular male’s attitude. People really should take customer service seriously….you never know who you’re serving !

One of your workers left the bathroom at the same time as me without washing his hands and I came out got my pickup and watched him walk into the kitchen. I took down the time and yall need to reprimand him that is absolutely diabolically disgusting and unhygienic.

My chicken sandwich was cold as ice, even after I specifically requested it be cooked to order. The American cheese on it still felt like it was about 41 degrees. For $15.43, Chick‑fil‑A should absolutely be doing better. When I went back for a refund, the young lady at the front counter had an attitude. She didn’t apologize, didn’t look at me, and made the situation even worse. I then called the store to speak with a manager and was left on hold. With everything going on in the world and prices continuing to rise, the least Chick‑fil‑A can do is show appreciation for the people who choose to spend their money there. Today’s experience was unacceptable.
