They forgot items in my meals, I had to keep asking for it separately and no one apologized, when I drove off I realized they never gave me the ice cream I paid for. They said it was in the bag. Ridiculous. Never coming back. Rather drive further to go to another place where they care about customers.

That was a guy dining in who was on his laptop. One of the workers was cleaning the floor, mopping the area, keeping things clean. She is likely a senior citizen. The guy got really rude and disrespectful towards the lady who was cleaning. His words and tone were out of place. That’s when Zachary stepped in. He was not forceful and neither did he match the other guys’s rudeness, but he was firm. He asked the gentleman to be respectful and not to speak to her that way, and then he went over and hug the worker who was cleaning. This is why Chick-fil-A keeps on winning. Yes, the food is good. But they tend to hire exceptional people. Zachary is exceptional.

The employees work hard and always give the high standard of service whether the line is nonexistent or out to the edge of the parking lot. The quality of general service is the reason for the four stars. HOWEVER the fifth missing star is because: I’m not sure if it’s a management thing or what, but they are so stingy with sauces! More often than not, 3 times in a row actually, there’s no avocado like ranch sauce for the wrap (which comes with it to begin with, and they even ask what sauce you want with the wrap, and I say THAT sauce) and when I order multiple sandwiches and fries, they ask what sauce? I say CFA sauce. I’ll usually get one or two for two sandwiches and two fries, should be minimum of one each. Today I got zero. ZERO! The sauce is like half the reason people go to chik fil a to begin with. The other half is that it’s so close to my place. Dear Mr or Mrs Fil-A; why are so protective over the FREE sauce?!
