When I went through the trouble of getting through to call center to notify them so I could get a refund, they just offered my a free order of hasbrowns in the app that costs 3x less than the cost of the item they forgot. I don’t usually leave reviews especially negative ones, but I just got home with my order and realized that this is the 4th time in a row that they have forgotten something.

I called up there and told one manager the problem and she tells me I have to take it up with door dash which is confusing... Because when did door dash make food??? Then I get my refund, call again get a different manager, and he explains it to me a bit better. I usually go to this location in person and nothing's wrong. Don't deliver with them they on bs.

The young black man was outside with a rude attitude on the phone and not ensuring great customer service. If he does not want to ensure a great day he shouldn’t work at chic fil a. He shouldn’t be there at all j will not be back.
- AEAnna EllisApr 28, 20261.0The new drive through for this CFA could not have been more poorly thought out. It makes traffic off of the highway and from Glenwood Park impossible. If you want to Kroger like most people going this direction do, you’re screwed. You’ll be stuck unintentionally waiting in the new single lane drive through line which now extends all the way out of the CFA parking lot and through the light on Bill Kennedy.

I have been to many chic fil a locations and frequent this one often over the past 6yrs due to being close to my home. I have never experienced this type of service. Chic fil a has a higher standard of customer service and this young lady missed the mark. She had me pull up and wait 10mins for ice and when I told her everything that was missing from my order, she would just come back with one thing. OK what about the others? Then come back with 1 more..... It's frustrating when someone treats you like you are bothering them because they messed up the order that you PAID FOR
