Says its in the pickup area and everything but theres always a short wait once it says that. Other than that all orders were correct and most of the time served with a smile. From the moment Xel approached me, her energy, kindness, professionalism, and enthusiasm immediately stood out. She appeared to genuinely enjoy her work and, more importantly, made me feel that providing an excellent experience for each customer was personally important to her. Having experienced customer service in high-end retail establishments such as Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Chanel, I recognize when someone possesses the ability to make a customer feel welcomed, valued, and appreciated. Xel demonstrated that same caliber of service. She was engaging, personable, attentive, confident, and incredibly warm. She did not simply take an order—she created a positive customer experience. What impressed me even more was the leadership potential I observed in her. Although her current position is important to the success of the restaurant, Xel displayed qualities that suggest she is capable of even greater responsibility. She demonstrated initiative, strong communication skills, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and a natural ability to connect with people—all characteristics of an effective salesperson and an exceptional leader. Employees like Xel are an asset to any organization. The service was mediocre overall, although I will acknowledge that the cashier who took my order was pleasant. The line was also relatively short considering it was during rush hour. The mac and cheese was served hot, just as I expected, and I had no complaints there. The biggest disappointment, however, was the Arnold Palmer. It was absolutely horrible and easily the low point of my visit. An Arnold Palmer is normally my go-to drink whenever I stop, so I was genuinely surprised when I took a sip and found it nearly tasteless, yet somehow extremely acidic and bitter at the same time. I’m not sure what was wrong with the lemonade, but the drink was unpleasant and undrinkable. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with this visit. I will not patronize this particular location again. At this point, I would rather drink my own saliva than pull into this location’s driveway for another Arnold Palmer.

Multiple staff members passed by me asking other customers if they needed help & continued to ignore me so I left without my ice or any acknowledgement. I wasted my lunch break going there just to receive no costumer service whatsoever. It was just a cup of ice, it shouldn’t have been that difficult to receive or in this case not receive. Never returning, I prefer Howell Mill.
