  Parking lot way too small and they never can get simple order correct , coming back out the house cause yall messed up my order going to cost me 1500-2000 repair damages stop messing orders up

  We went inside instead of using the drive thru. The dining area is small, there were so many people standing waiting for their food, and the were 3 tables being used by employees just "hanging out". Several of the other tables were cleaned off, but not clean. So we took our food and ate it in the car.

  I have a 30 minute lunch break. I work 1/2 mile away. I spent 45 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order. I was advised that I could go inside but to expect the same wait time. I did not have any remaining time to eat my meal!

  This is the worst Chick-fil-A I have ever been to.. no seriously, I have never waited almost 8+ minutes for breakfast then get to the window to get my food sit for another 3 minutes then get told to pull up to wait for an egg white grill sandwich… no catering order.. no large order… absolutely ridiculous.. I honestly don’t understand why this is the only location I have these issues with.. there’s no reason to be that behind especially if yall have a few cars in line and you just opened … ALSO, there was one woman telling the kitchen staff to “wake up , we aren’t moving in slow motion today”. so clearly this is a common thing amongst their crew.. Terrible representation of Chick-fil-A’s infamous service.. now here I am sitting for over 15 minutes now .

  Been coming to this location for 20 years. All the staff were changed, and the service shows it. Major downgrade. As I understand it, the former operator was moved to a new location. What used to feel like walking into a vibrant, happy, neighborhood restaurant, now feels like walking into a bleak, depressing doctor’s office waiting room with magazines about the 2008 financial crisis and a kid open mouth coughing your direction. Food standards have plummeted, and the characters that made this location successful have been replaced by Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh. They’ve got no clue what they’re doing. Orders are consistently wrong, or with items missing. Food sits out on the to-go / mobile order rack behind the register without being given to customers. Whoever is the new operator of this location, WAKE UP.
