- KWKiara Williams5 days ago1.0Christina was very rude. We ordered “a dozen” grilled nuggets, and she said “What does that mean? You have to be more specific than that.” When we said we would like a 12 count of nuggets she said, “Why didn’t you just say it like that? That didn’t make any sense.” All in a very disrespectful tone and with an attitude. There was definitely no language barrier because we both were native English speakers. Please, learn basic numerical concepts before you act ignorant and rude to other people. Mora and Andrew were very nice and helpful.

She was funny, personable, and an all around a pleasant human being. Wait time was more than 20 minutes and after asking for the food politely, my family was met with a horrible attitude. We asked twice and they needed the receipt to make the order. After the workers received the receipt I watched the workers think about making our order. LITERALLY think multiple times. They looked over the receipt twice and still did not make the order until I finally asked for a third time, was met with more attitude, waited another 5 minutes just to get the order. THEN after sitting down realizing the order was wrong.

Very disappointed….. while the food was hot, she put the wrong name on my order and my order was still wrong. It was busy, and she was talking to another team member about her break, but the customer service wasn’t there and bags sat on the counter read to hand out for 3 minutes. Not a very efficient Chick-fil-A.

I get to the register I say good morning and the girl just stares at me then she says I said good morning and I was like oh I my head im like i guess she didnt hear me. So I ask are you ready she responds im waiting on you and looking at me impatiently. So at this point I just order because I understand everyone has a bad day but you shouldn't take it out on others. I will say she was consistent and gave customers the same attitude until her friends got up there and she stopped taking orders. I pray she finds something better cause not gonna lie whenever I come back for a trip im probably not coming here, first time ive ever gotten attitude from chickfila of all places God bless 💚
