- IOIan Olmsted6 days ago5.0The line was long but moved very fast. Tracie served me, and took the time to connect and ask about my kids while taking my order. She was very fast and efficient yet still managed to make a personal connection. They don't offer kids meals at this location in the airport, so when she noticed I was ordering a large nugget meal instead of 2 kids meals, she split the large drink into two smaller ones for my children. It's little gestures like these that set Chic Fil-A apart from all the other restaurants at the airport where employees move slow and act like they would rather be somewhere else. I would give Tracie more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you for a very pleasant experience!
- MDMckenna Dunne6 days ago5.0i wish i knew the lady’s name that helped be but she was wonderful and made great conversation despite being BUSYYY like the line was wrapped around the whole concourse and they got me through the line super fast and helped make it easy!! great service from the staff.
- ACAl Cab6 days ago3.0I ended up with the cashier who had an attitude while everyone else were upbeat. I ordered. I walk all the way to the end of terminal A and only to find out she gave me sweetened tea. I orders unsweetened tea. I’m on keto. Wife ate the fries. The tea was not drank. I should have read my receipt to make sure she got the order right.

He made sure i was seen and the team in the back got my food to me very quickly even with all my meal modifications. Jayla was also super sweet, she came from around the the to give me my food when the counter was crowded. -sunny
- EMEric McFarlandMay 1, 20265.0We went to the Chick-fil-A inside the Atlanta airport in terminal A around 9:30in the morning. When we arrived, the line was between 25 and 30 people long sneaking through the food court. I was so disappointed in how long the line was, but jumped in the back anyway. No joke, I was up at the register in less than two minutes. I am not sure how in the world they can get that many people through the line, take their orders, and be so happy and smiling the entire time. Our cashier, Tiffany B was so nice and helpful and got us our order and got our family on out way to our next flight. I don’t think I’ve ever recommended an airport restaurant before, so this Chick-fil-A will be the first. Nice job Tiffany and crew.
