It felt confusing because customer service at Chick-fil-A is one of the best things they have, but I went ahead and ordered anyways. And then this morning I placed an order for breakfast at the drive-through and then when I got to the window, I forgot to Order an orange juice so I let the worker know kindly if I could please pay for an orange juice and I could tell she was bothered. She was quiet. She didn’t say yes or yes of course, she was just silent. This is Chick-fil-A and one thing I love about every Chick-fil-A is the warm energy and the Amazing customer service skills, but I feel like this is one location where twice already I have felt Something’s not right. Regardless, nothing too extreme and I like that it’s near my house. I will be back.
- JEJosh EdgarApr 29, 20261.0Doesn't prepare the order correctly, doesn't answer the phone during normal business hours, and then has the audacity to say on the outgoing message that if the order was incorrect, you have to come back to the restaurant - insane for those of us who use public transit to get around - I'm supposed to spend an hour getting back to you? Because you can't pick up a phone in 2026? They also then try to just offload you to Chick-fil-A corporate which has its own issues with hold times. I'll just take it up with American Express.
