  I come to this location very often because it’s the closest to me as camp creek is closed. This is a subpar location. I have never had such bad experiences as I do when I come to this location. Unfortunately, we need ot because of the location but they are slow, food is not cooked or served properly and they’ve recently started charging for things that come standard. They either need new ownership, management or better training. Please do better.

  Very disappointed with my experience at Chick-fil-A on MLK. My order was wrong multiple times, and instead of focusing on customer service and making sure the order was correct, one of the employees seemed more concerned about whether I was a social media content creator or not. I came to get food and expected basic professionalism and accuracy with my order. Mistakes happen, but the lack of attention and focus on the actual customer experience was frustrating. Definitely hope management addresses this because customers deserve better service.

  This is hands down the slowest chick fil a in the entire Atlanta area. Over 30 minutes in the drive through for a mobile order is wild. Plan accordingly if you choose this location. 3 cars in front of me in line when I pulled in just for reference.

  I’ve been to countless Chick-fil-A locations, and the consistency is usually what makes them stand out — but this location is the complete opposite. The food here is consistently undercooked, which is something I’ve never experienced at other Chick-fil-A locations. On top of that, the service just doesn’t match the standard the brand is known for. Staff often come across with an attitude, and basic items like sauces or straws are frequently forgotten. The drive-thru is also noticeably slower than any other Chick-fil-A I’ve been to, even during non-peak hours. And the iced coffee is consistently watered down compared to other locations. I’m not sure if this comes down to ownership or management, but something is clearly off here. It’s frustrating because every other Chick-fil-A manages to deliver a consistent experience, and this one just doesn’t.

  I was treated exceptionally well. I had ordered a particular burger and I think the staff made a little error.. I actially went back to the counter to ask which was spicy because i ordered 2 and i was not sure which one. The guy just said he would make a new one and bring to me, where i was seated. No questions asked, no attitude, whatsoever. Honestly, i was blown away. I wish I took his name. I would have mentioned it here. He should be celebrated.
