- KAKailen Avery2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience with my Chick-fil-A breakfast delivery order on October 2, 2026. I placed my order at 8:50 a.m., with an estimated arrival time of 9:24–9:30 a.m. When 9:30 arrived, the delivery window changed to 10:30–10:45 a.m., while my order still showed that it was being prepared. As that time approached, the window changed again to 11:00–11:20 a.m. I received no communication explaining the delays, and no one answered my calls to the restaurant. My coworker visited the restaurant during her planning period, by which time they were serving lunch. She asked the manager, Nancy, about my order and was told it was finally on the way. However, my tracking still showed it was being prepared, and the estimated delivery time continued moving later. At that point, I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the food after waiting so long without any clear communication. Nancy said she understood and agreed to issue a refund **and still provide the food for the inconvenience**. I accepted and thanked her. Later, I was notified that the driver was outside with my food. When I went to collect it, he told me, “Oh, sorry, I just got a call, and I have to take it back now because you got a refund.” I understand that I received a refund, but the manager had specifically promised that I would also receive the food. Having me come outside to collect it, only to have the driver take it back, was frustrating and embarrassing. Reversing that promise without communicating with me felt rude and unprofessional. The repeated delays, unanswered calls, and failure to follow through on the promised resolution made this an unacceptable customer service experience. Customers deserve timely communication and a resolution they can trust.

I stopped into the restaurant to get breakfast despite having severe dietary restrictions and let her know of my restrictions. She instantly used her knowledge of the menu and listed what items fit my needs. She customized my salad and even double checked to ensure that the dressings would be safe for me to eat. Its servers like Mechia that make Chick fil a the best fast food chain across America and the most honorable to customer satisfaction. God bless her!

Infact I ordered them an hour prior to this review, and they told the delivery driver that I never ordered a drink at all, despite the order clearly stating otherwise. I like to eat and work from the location but the smell and the fly infestation is a bit much. Also I have a toddler but the play area is so grosss. You can smell the filth in the air although the location still attempts to present itself aligned with the chic fil a brand. I asked one of the employees who is doing the cleaning because I expect more from the chic fil a brand. I’ve never experienced this at other locations. This location is in a predominantly minority area and this is nothingggg compared to the location in Hapeville. The place could use an intense deep cleaning. For this much roach spray to be in the air there must be a hell of a lot of roaches in there.
