  The order kiosk is not user friendly and has things like Phyiily SOK. Staff said everyone asks and it means nothing. Please redesign the ordering as it is confusing and results in a slow line. Terrible software.

  Worse meal I’ve ever had in Atlanta airport. First time to try; last time to buy. More grease on the hash brown than in the fryer. Coffee was “last coffee“ in pot and must have been the first pot. That day. Sandwich was dry as the august dirt outside. If wait time is criteria, no wait to order due to no customers - long time to get order.

  Maybe the slowest fast food experience I’ve had in years. It’s a takeout joint, yet I’ve been to sit down restaurants where I’ve been in and out faster. Sandwich was good though.

  Saval is the employee that helped me, he was friendly and patient. I asked him for a juicy Philly sandwich and yesssss it was the best juicy Philly steak sandwich I have ever had it was so good the next time I come to Atlanta I'm going to make sure I look for him. Nice to know you can have great food and great customer service.
