  The guy in front of me got a free refill the. I tried and they charged me $1.08. I asked if he was serious and he was. I guess it was a race thing. That was the only difference between us I feel. So disappointed in people!

  Waited 20 minutes with 8 people working there and no one had orders. The average sandwich took 10 minutes each. Finally had to leave without sandwich. Its an airport, need to be fast

  On 4/17/26 I placed an order. As I was in hurry I wasn’t able to check the order before leaving the counter. However I was gravely disappointed to discover that I had a bag full of breakfast sandwiches.None of which I didn’t I ordered. Finding my flight we delayed, I returned to the restaurant to get my correct order. I stepped up to the counter and informed the clerk of the error. The ladies making the sandwiches in very loud voices started yelling “you grabbed the wrong order! You reached behind here and grabbed the wrong order” I responded “How could I when you handed it to me?” Not willing to go back and forth, I conceded in order to maintain a professional decorum. After standing a few more minutes. No one asked what I had. I stepped forward and asked ‘do they know what I ordered?’ as my receipt was still sitting on the counter. The clerk responded ‘they will look it up’ This was strange to me but I waited a few more minutes. Meanwhile another customer who saw the exchange remarked how dirty the grill was as they decide not order. No one had picked up the receipt from the counter. I asked again. The person behind the grill (I assumed was a manger) asked the clerk to ring my order up again. Then the sandwich was made. In the meantime I asked, ‘Is there was a number I could call as the number on the receipt was disconnected.’ The manger said ‘yes it’s disconnected’ I asked ‘is there a district number?’ She flatly responded ‘No.’ Then she pointed to a QR to a Google review. This was an exchange that was unprofessional and preventable and I will NEVER spend my money hear again.
