  Cashier told me that the online pickup was not on the far left side. Told me to walk to the right side to get it. Instead of just getting my order from that area over there I've never been here before. So I walk to the right side. She's says it's this your order. I say Yes. She walks away. I have the car back again. And ask her do they have the seasoning for the sandwich and fries. She says by shaking her head at me does not speak and walks away again. Not the attitude that I was expecting to receive for customer service.

  I placed an online order through Charleys Cheesesteaks at Lenox Mall using their delivery system, which is powered by Olo. My order was accepted and processed, but I never received my food. The delivery driver never responded to calls, and there was no way to resolve the issue through the delivery service. I contacted the store directly hoping for a resolution—either a refund or the option to pick up my order—but the staff refused to assist and stated it wasn’t their responsibility, even though this is their partnered delivery system. As a customer, I expect accountability when I order directly through a business’s platform. Passing blame to a third-party vendor without offering any solution is unacceptable. I paid for a product I never received and was left with no support. I would strongly caution others when ordering delivery from this location until they improve how they handle situations like this.

  Slow service I was the only person in line. Waited over 20 minutes for wings and then they served the person that came after me first. Asked for my money back they caught an attitude . First they gave me the wrong amount back and then tried to act like they didn’t have change. Don’t waste your time or money here

  Sadly, I visited this place for lunch while working at a nearby site and found a bug in my food. When I brought it to their attention, there was no apology, and the staff acted like they didn’t care. The manager spoke little to no English, so a younger employee had to translate using a text message on her phone, which made the situation even more frustrating. When I asked for a corporate contact number, they had no information on how to get in touch with anyone, which is unacceptable when dealing with a serious issue like this. I would not recommend this place. They’ve lost my business, and I won’t be returning. Based on my experience, I also question how well they clean and handle their food.
