  Raven at CAVA was absolutely amazing! I was on the phone while placing my order, and she was incredibly patient and understanding with me the entire time. Even when I kept asking her to add a few more things at the end, she never made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She stayed friendly, attentive, and had such a positive attitude throughout the whole interaction. That kind of patience and customer service really stands out and made my experience so much better. Raven truly went above and beyond, and CAVA is lucky to have her. She definitely deserves recognition and a raise

  I loved this place bc it’s halal . The staff were not particularly welcoming, and the overall customer service experience was disappointing. There were two male cooks and two female servers. The server who took our order appeared to have an attitude from the beginning. I arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing, and some of the items we wanted were unavailable. As a regular customer, I asked whether any of those items were still available because I visit often and try to support the business, including by tipping even though I understand tips are not supposed to be accepted. The server then questioned me about how I tip, despite the establishment not having a formal tipping system. Prior to that when I asked for extra rice, she told me to be mindful because they might have other customers coming in. I found that response unprofessional and unnecessary. One of the cooks was also using profanity, while another commented about being ready to go home.I understand that employees may be eager to leave near the end of their shifts, but discussing it openly and using profanity contributed to an unprofessional atmosphere. I also mentioned to the server that business owners sometimes send shoppers or mystery customers to evaluate how their establishments are being operated . She responded with what I perceived as an attitude. Overall, the staff appeared disengaged and did not seem focused on providing good customer service. As a regular customer, I expected a more welcoming and professional experience. Unfortunately, based on this visit, I do not plan to return. First time writing a bad review. From someone who does food reviews.

  Honestly just horrible staff. I’ve never wanted to leave a restaurant review until now haha But I’m walking in at 10:11 and they close 10:30 (maybe cutting it a little close but come on it’s basically fast food). So I’m standing at the beginning of the line and the guy walks over and says “ Helloooo we’re out of rice” I begin to tilt my head to look at what is available. As I’m looking it over and he again says “hellllooooo” with crazy sass. Then he starts snapping his fingers and waving his hands yelling “we’re out of rice, hellooooo, you hear me. I said we’re out of riceeeee”. Come on, whole display was not needed lol then I just start walking off saying “if there’s no rice then I’m good” and again the dude says “noooo I said no rice”. I proceed to walk off and he starts saying to his coworker “yeah see get out of here we’re done” and his coworker starts laughing. I’m pretty chill and didn’t need that exchange to tell me you’re out of something. But did feel good to get off my chest lol

  The lines were way too long, and there was also a wait for chicken, which made the experience even more frustrating. I decided to keep it simple and only ordered a salad, but I was shocked that it cost around $20. Unfortunately, the taste was definitely not worth the price. For that amount, I expected much better quality, flavor, and overall service. I hope CAVA can improve the efficiency of the line, food availability, and value for the money.

  Mimi Deserves Recognition ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really great experience at CAVA, and I want to give a special shoutout to Mimi, who was working the cash register. Mimi provided excellent customer service! She greeted customers, was friendly, welcoming, and had a positive attitude. She genuinely made the experience feel pleasant. There were two other ladies working alongside her, but unfortunately, they did not greet the customers or really acknowledge them. They didn’t smile and appeared to be unhappy or as if they didn’t want to be there. A couple of other customers and I noticed the same thing. But Mimi was completely different. She was professional, attentive, and made sure customers felt welcomed. Mimi, thank you for your kindness and excellent customer service! CAVA, you have a great employee in Mimi, and she deserves to be recognized for it! ❤️
