  Omgggg I am visiting Atlanta from Philly and this was also my first time eating cava and i unfortunately did not get her name but a lady saw me on tik tok trying to figure out what to get and she guided me all the way through giving me taste test etc and over all I am so please anytime I’m back in Atlanta this is my first stop !!!!

  I had an amazing experience at this particular location because everyone was so kind and accommodating. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she offered me and my friend samples since we had never been to CAVA before. She then gave us both free drinks, which I really appreciated!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to Mimi at the register! From the moment my friends and I walked up, she greeted us with such genuine kindness and positive energy. She was patient, attentive, and made sure everything in our order was perfect. It’s not often you come across someone who truly goes above and beyond, but Mimi definitely does. Her attitude made our whole visit better, and you can tell she really cares about the customers. CAVA is lucky to have her! She absolutely deserves a raise or at least Employee of the Month! I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to see her again.

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Cava and maybe the worst quick service experience in a restaurant ever. The wait was ridiculous, despite the fact that there were over 15 people behind the counter and it was 8:15 pm. I was in the restaurant for over 45 minutes, during which time I used the bathroom, which was absolutely filthy. When I finally got to ordering, I watched the woman who was scooping my toppings clean with her gloves, wiping the counter, collecting stray rice and other toppings with her bare hands, then come and touch my daughter’s pita crisps. When I finally checked out, I realized that almost all the drinks were empty and they were out of forks and napkins. The whole restaurant was dirty, the service was horrrible, almost everyone behind the counter was looking at their phones and messing around. The only people who appeared to be working at all were the manager and an older woman who was busting her tail trying to pick up the slack left by her coworkers.

  I have a lot of food aversions and have been a picky eater all my life. I’ve seen Cava around for a few years, but it looked a little too “healthy” for my tastes. Well today I decided to venture in for the first time and I got treated like I was the only customer in the room by Priscilla! I was a little intimidated by all the choices, so I sheepishly let her know this was my first time, just expecting a quick rundown of the menu. Nope. Priscilla gave me the star treatment. She walked me through creating a bowl vs getting Pita. She let me sample each of the dips. She recommended options for me as a first timer. When we got to the mains, I knew I wanted the salmon, but remarked how next time I would get the lamb and she let me try that too (and I ended up getting both)! Honestly, this was the best customer service I have received anywhere in a long time. And even better my bowl was DELICIOUS! Even my picky eater kids were asking me when I’m going to take them. Cava has a new lifetime customer and I hope I get a Priscilla every time! Apologies that my pic is a little picked over, but I forgot to snap a pic before digging in!
