  The employees working behind the counter have honestly changed my mind about ever wanting to eat at CAVA again. The attitudes are disgustingly rude, from the facial expressions when simply telling them what you want in your bowl to the slamming of items and aggressively throwing things away. It is honestly unacceptable, and I genuinely question what the management team is doing to address it. I eat at this location far too often and have personally noticed that since adding several new employees over the last month, the customer service has gotten worse and worse. The food is consistent, but the attitudes make the experience no longer worth it. I would rather drive an additional 20–35+ minutes to another CAVA location than continue dealing with the nastiest attitudes, especially from the employee working closest to the cash register today. The behavior was completely unnecessary and extremely unprofessional.

  Although the line was long, the staff were nice and efficient to get everyone in and out! My first time getting the salmon and it was amazing! Shout to Veronica for being a team player and going above and beyond to assist the staff and customers!! Will be back!

  Very convenient location but the trek to other stores would be worth it. This location is consistently out of items from dressings, meats, veggies, and even napkins without posting signage to notify customers. The line also moves very slow, so be prepared to wait and to find out they’re out of what you wanted once you finally make it to the front.

  Never had super healthy food taste , so good. And even though some might think it's a little pricey , we got two meals out of it , so not price at all when you think about that. Just wish there was one closer.

  This is literally the worst Cava. They never gave anything and the employees literally don’t care. You will wait in line for over thirty minutes and they won’t tell you you’re out until you get to the front. I even spoke to the manager and they don’t care “the white ppl own this.” They refused to tell the line they were out of everything so I did and once I did the ENTIRE line left. This place is absurd and should be shut down honestly. Zero exaggeration.
