  I visited CAVA today and had a very disappointing experience. I’ve been to multiple CAVA locations before and have always been allowed extra broccoli toppings without any issue. Today was the first time I was told I would be charged extra for additional broccoli, and the employee claimed you only get two scoops. That has never been my experience at any CAVA I’ve visited( including this location). What made this even more frustrating is that this isn’t my first issue with the same employee. On a previous visit, he also tried to overcharge me for lamb meatballs. Thankfully, another young lady stepped in and corrected it, because I’ve never paid $12 for only four lamb meatballs it’s usually around $7–8. Considering these bowls already cost $15–20+, being pressed over extra toppings that are usually treated as unlimited feels ridiculous and inconsistent. Customer service and pricing consistency matter, and unfortunately this location completely missed the mark. I will not be returning to this store again. I’m in this store a few times out of the week, but never again. I’ll happily drive to the Chamblee location instead. Thank ya! It’s always the same man older African American guy!

  I came here to grab a quick bite and I am pleasantly surprised by how good the bowl is. I ordered the Harissa Honey chicken with braised lamb on top of super greens and brown rice. This tastes so much better than chipotle but it is also more expensive. I added a drink and Blondie bar. The blondie is small but tasty. The blueberry lavendar tastes good but it needs some sugar so mix it with something else.

  My two year old absolutely loves the kids menu items. I did notice the $1 upcharge for the kids menu item compared to the Emory location. Price of everything is going up nowadays so maybe it's an overhead thing.

  I love coming here. Everyone here is great! the food is hot and fresh all the time. A whole vibe. Anthony is the best. He gives really good food recommendations!! He needs a raise!

  Anthony really showed the team personally with his hospitality. Just a nice lunch date with my bestfriend and Anthony elevated to another level with his recommendations with the limited edition bowls they had. Made sure we had everything we didn’t and plus some.
