  Very clean, I love the warm welcoming when I came in. Porcha, Marta and the tall man I forgot his name. But I really appreciate you 3 for helping me, I didn’t know what to really get. It was delicious. Thank you cava Druid Hill!

  Absolute god awful service. Will never come back. Not sure who is training you all to have the absolute worst attitudes to customers who are paying more for a bowl than you make an hour but it’s HORRIBLE in there.

  Superb experience today @ CAVA! The food was exceptionally great and the customer service from Ms. Laura and the line staff was truly amazing! We are super excited and grateful for this Brookhaven location as our experiences and overall treatment are always met with smiles, genuine love, clean environment and delicious food! Thank you Laura for helping us decide on menu items to give our taste buds a burst of flavor 😋

  This CAVA location deserves a higher rating. Every time I come in, the entire team is pleasant, personable, and genuinely seems to care about making a great impression. I’m at this location often enough to feel like I work there, and every visit is consistently a good experience. What stands out most is that they don’t make the experience feel transactional. They’re easy to talk to, down to earth, and consistently welcoming—the whole team. You can tell whoever is responsible for hiring has a real eye for good people because everyone works well together and the atmosphere reflects that. I call ahead pretty often to give them a heads up that I’m about to order like 30 lamb meatballs in one bowl (that’s an exaggeration, relax), and they answer every single time. It may seem like a small thing, but I notice it, and it tells me a lot. Even after surviving the robot AI guy taking 15 seconds of my lunch every time I call, once I’m patched through, it never feels like I’m calling some random establishment. It feels like I’m calling actual people who are warm, helpful, and genuinely happy to take care of you. Great portions, great attitudes, a calm atmosphere, and most importantly, a genuinely great group of people. Definitely worth checking out.

  If you’re visiting CAVA, I wouldn’t recommend this location. I’d suggest going to the one off Peachtree for a much better experience. I came into this location to pick up an order, and the workers didn’t acknowledge me at all. no greeting, smile, or anything. I then asked for two extra sauce cups. One of the shorter women with tattoos seemed annoyed that I asked, stared at me for a moment, and said, “That’ll be a dollar.” I said okay because I don’t expect extras to be free. 🤷🏼‍♀️ She then whispered something to her coworker at the register, and when he rang me up, he said the total was $2.50. I questioned it because she had told me it would be a dollar. I’m assuming she meant $1 each, but even then, $2 plus tax doesn’t come out to $2.50. What made it even more frustrating is that the sauce cups weren’t even filled. If I’m paying extra for sauce, I would at least expect the cups to be properly filled. The whole interaction was just weird and unnecessarily uncomfortable. He also didn’t offer me a receipt. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, and I definitely won’t be visiting this location again.
