  I hate it when businesses pressure their employees to get customers to leave reviews. Does Google even allow that? Anyway, the food is good and the staff are sweet, but the reviews are definitely inflated from this top down pressuring. And it kinda sucks as a customer to be pressured to review. Shame on the management or corporate or whoever.

  The customer service here is great. I had a hiccup with an order. I called the store and they got it fixed right away and when I came back in, they were very polite about it. This is one of my favorite locations because they always have my favorite bowl ingredients while others are always out.

  Mari was amazing at helping me out today. She is well knowledgeable and very enthusiastic. This is my second time ordering from CAVA and thanks to Mari I’ve had the best experience.

  I ordered pickup on the app, but this was my first time at the location. If I was a student, I'd be here all the time. This was the first time I've ordered pickup with Cava and my food was waiting in the pickup area. I was greeted, store was clean with a relaxed atmosphere. Food was yummy (food in belly, no pic)
