  I wasn’t having the best day but when I got to this store I was welcomed by great energy,Not only was the entire staff exceptionally patience and nice but the cherry on top was the amazing service from the cashier .Will be returning

  Henok, provided great service during the lunch hour. The request to fill out a survey during the lunch hour for a water cup is a bit odd and could hold up the line during busy hours.

  This location has wonderful service. I went to the other Cava on Blackmon Rd in Decatur, long line. They were out of Harissa Vinaigrette, pickled onions and pita crunch strips. I found out after I ordered. After. I came to the Oxford Emory location and Alexia and Nasirra were gracious, friendly and quick. This will be my new CAVA.

  Fadia and Esrom made my visit to CAVA really enjoyable. They were both very friendly, patient, and attentive, and they made sure everything went smoothly. Their positive energy and professionalism stood out, and they made me feel welcomed from the moment I came in. It’s always nice to get service from people who are genuinely kind and hardworking. Definitely appreciate them both!

  I had such a great experience at CAVA thanks to Fadia and Esrom! They were both so kind, welcoming, and helpful the entire time. They had great attitudes, made the experience feel comfortable and enjoyable, and gave amazing customer service. You can tell they really care about the customers and their work. Thank you both for being so friendly and making my visit a great one!
