These young ladies are the bum diggity when it comes to customer service. I’m not a difficult customer buy no stretch but I wanted a fresh, hot order of the pita chips, even though there was a batch of them already prepared. Roxana and Kat didn’t mind placing the order for me and did so with the biggest smile that made my day. And, I was having a hard time getting my order to process through the Cava app. And here come Roxana and Kat to the rescue. They showed me how to navigate the app, like only young people know how to do. But I can’t get over their smiles. It genuinely made my day and how friendly they were and willing to help. These two young ladies need to always be front and center.

So, Kahlea was so sweet, she sadly shared they were out of garlic sauce and my feelings were crushed but she squeezed and squeezed. Fortunately another employee saved the day. One of my orders was left out and she made it right away. The moral of the story is in life things happen however, how we respond is up to us and she was so a joy. Thank you KAHLEA! My bowl was phenomenal 💜🫶🏾💜. You need a raise!
