  The service here is great, I had a friendly employee here who was quick with fixing my bowl and answered questions I had regarding ingredients. He recommended me the balsamic date vinaigrette and I loved it. I also recommend this dressing if you’re into sweet and salty flavor. They served me quickly during lunch rush and I was impressed with how quick I was in and out. The location is very clean has good atmosphere. My only complaint is them going a little light on portions

  I went there recently after being a long time Chipotle customer. Olivia at the counter was exceptionally helpful and personable and made the best bowl ever!!! Why can’t all service be like this?? Shabaat Shalom!

  The food would be better if they stopped burning the meat. When it's not even busy, they should do quality over speed. What's the point of getting healthier food here if it's just going to be charred or burnt and be uneatable anyways? The last bowl i got one side of the chicken was blackened. Tried twice, will not return. I also dislike how you're forced to make an account to online order.

  CAVA is a great spot for a fresh and tasty meal. The ingredients taste high-quality, portions are filling, and there are plenty of options to customize your bowl or pita. The Mediterranean flavors are delicious, and the service is usually quick and friendly. Always a great choice for a healthy, satisfying meal!

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience today\. I placed an approximately $85 order for my team through CAVA and paid for delivery\. When the order arrived, the bag was sealed, but the drinks and pita chips we paid for were missing\. The drink cups were actually inside the sealed bag, but there were no drinks\. We had to stop what we were doing and drive back to CAVA ourselves to pick up the missing drinks and pita chips, even though we had already paid for delivery\. When we returned and asked for a manager, the employee acted as though the mistake was somehow ours and offered no apology\. She blamed DoorDash, but I explained that the bag had been sealed by CAVA\. Her attitude was also noticeably annoyed that we had returned to get the items we had already paid for\. Mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was unacceptable\. I paid for the food, paid for delivery, and then had to spend additional time correcting an order that CAVA had sealed and sent out incomplete\. I would appreciate a refund or appropriate credit for the missing items and the inconvenience, and I would also like this experience addressed with the management team.
