  The food is good. In dine-in where you can supervise as the bowl is made and guide them, its great but while ordering through doordash or other delivery platforms, the quantity is half of what is expected and 2-3 things are always missing - tried 4 times but same issue.

  Such great service!!!! All the girls were so sweet in here during the dinner rush! Special shout out to my girl Roxanna! Sorry if I spelt that wrong but she did a great job and had amazing customer service😊

  I ordered my food over an hour ago and it still says it’s “being prepared”. I tried calling and after having to go through several prompts after listening to an automated message no one answered and the call dropped. This happened several times. The app says if I cancel my order I will still be charged but I haven’t received my food yet! Service in restaurant is already slow and now I can’t even get food delivered. Not only that, you’ve reduced the portion sizes but kept the pricing the same. You should be ashamed at this level of service. Update: I’m still waiting for my food to be prepared after 75 minute

  Isabella is the epitome of great customer service. She is always nice, polite, sweet and professional. She made recommendations for sides, she reminded me to claim my rewards and she always says goodbye. A great ambassador for this location. Side note: There is one African American, short young lady who works often. She wears glasses and always looks so mean, no greeting, moves slow, and is the exact opposite of what I would want for my business. Please keep her and associates like her in the back. No customer deserves that unpleasant, unwelcoming attitude. Be more like Isabella!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Cava. This was my first time visiting this location, and unfortunately it will be my last and was nothing like the Peachtree Corners location I usually go to. From the moment I walked in, I wasn’t greeted or welcomed with a smile. The overall atmosphere felt negative, and the team came across as unhappy and uninterested in serving customers. One employee seemed to be doing everything—taking orders and cooking—while another stayed at the register completing transactions. A third employee appeared to be restocking, but it wasn’t clear what her role was nor is it my business. To add to the experience, my meal was put together with no care at all—it felt rushed and just thrown together, which was really disappointing. The store wasn't busy and the tables were uncleaned. After receiving my food, I let the employee restocking know that the Blueberry Soda was out. Instead of a simple acknowledgment, she responded with an irritated attitude, as if I was bothering her rather than trying to be helpful. I waited about 5–10 minutes and checked again, but it still hadn’t been replaced. After waiting a bit longer, I asked the cashier, and she simply said that if it wasn’t replaced, they were probably out—no apology, no effort to follow up with the other employee. Overall, the lack of basic customer service, poor communication, negative attitudes, and lack of care in preparing the food made this a frustrating visit. Definitely not the experience I’ve come to expect.
