  I've both dined, and dine out experience is always so much fun. This year I just started to go to cava and everyone greeted me with such open arms to suggestions on bowls to get trying different seasonings and cool experience. Now, I go to Cava so often I'm like a “regular” I know cool people like Kai. We are practically besties. Thanks for the impeccable service!!! Can't wait to come back tomorrow!

  I absolutely love coming to this Cava it is the best . The service is amazing everyone has a friendly face and they work hard to give you exactly what you want . Everytime I see Kai she has a smile on her face and makes us feel at home .

  Shantasia was amazing! I walked in near closing time but she treated me as if I was the first customer of the day. It was my first time ordering in store, so she patiently went over the menu options and gave me excellent recommendations for a bowl. She even gave me a sample to ensure I’d be satisfied. All in all, it was a 5 star experience and I left not even caring how the food would taste, I was content with the service and will definitely be returning.

  I was very disappointed with my experience at the CAVA on North Buckhead Place. I placed two online orders well in advance. My first order was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and my second order was placed at 4:00 PM to also be ready by 4:30 PM. At 4:22 PM, I received a text saying my food was ready. However, when I arrived, neither order was actually prepared. I didn’t receive my first order until 4:45 PM, and my second order wasn’t ready until 5:00 PM. The whole purpose of ordering ahead is to save time, but instead I ended up waiting much longer than expected. To make matters worse, when I got home, I found that the avocado in my bowl was brown and black, which made it seem old and not fresh. Plus, I paid extra for avocado and this is what I got.. I usually enjoy CAVA, but this experience was very frustrating. I hope the store improves its order timing and pays more attention to the freshness and quality of its ingredients.
