  Food was good as normal. This poor young girl with a yellow bandanna was working so hard with no help from anyone. People were standing in the back doing nothing while she did the work of three with a smile. It was topped off by an employee named Jorge I believe, screaming at her and making a scene in front of MULTIPLE customers just because she nicely asked for some rice. He was so rude and couldn’t be bothered to do anything but give attitude. Otherwise good experience. She deserves a raise for dealing with all that alone.

  By far the slowest and worst run Cava in Atl. You better order online or you’ll be in there for 30 minutes standing in line. Also, no way these 5 star reviews are legitimate, I come here many times a month and it’s always the same experience with long wait times and frustrated customers.

  Kai have the best service she has a great personality and provided exceptional service. Ive come to this location several times because of my experience with her and of course I love Cava

  I love Cava, food is always great. Don’t do mobile ordering though, this location seriously makes the portions so small when you order ahead.

  Came to pick up an order that was scheduled for pickup. Was told it was almost ready. There was no one in the store other than the father/daughter in front of me who were also waiting on their pickup. I sat and waited. They served multiple people coming through the line instead of preparing the remainder of our pickup order that was already late. I only had one simple bowl. My order was nearly 15 minutes late when all it would have took was for them to address the pickup orders accordingly. One person also couldn’t seem to locate my order, despite me and the other worker stating my name multiple times. This seems to be a problem at this location no matter how busy or how slow service is. Pickup orders are supposed to be ready and located in the designated pickup area. This never happens here.
