  I eat plant based and decided to try this place for the first time… I got a half rice, half greens bowl with falafel and mixed veggies and the mixed veggies are completely mushy, inedible alongsid two small pieces of falafel and mushy veggies. Terrible meal.

  Last night I got food poisoning that almost Landed me in the hospital after eating from this location. I’m not sure what’s going on here but I’ve eaten at this location for a few yrs and lately I’ve seen a lot of new people and service has changed. I would highly recommend suggest training on cleanliness and making sure food preparation is up to standards. Since I can’t seem to get a hold of a team member or manager I’m posting this in hopes this will allow much needed changes to happen. I am very disappointed as it is nearly impossible to reach anyone via phone call. I am on bed rest and can’t come into the store

  worst experience i had with cava,so as you see the picture, and if you eat cava you know there bowl is already small, so to see the bowl is half full for starters should tell you alot, but when I asked for braised lamb she literally took the sample cup and that was she use to measure how much lamb she gave me then did same for steak so it equate to a table spoon full of each meet,she said the manager now wants us to do this so we dont give to much food, and wouldn't budget unless I paid for 2 full meats. When we got down to the sides she used a small table spoon to put sides in,I had to continuously ask for more of each, while she acted as if she didnt want to do it, and mind you the picture below is how it came put while still charging 18$ for the bowl

  I love cava so much. It’s one of my favorite places to get food and it’s so healthy! At this specific location one of the workers named Kai is extremely kind and such a great server! She has extremely strong work ethic, she is so sweet, and she really knows how to take care of each customer! Every time I come here she makes the experience that much more better and she is so nice and also makes it worth coming back to! She deserves a promotion as soon as possible. She has a bright future ahead of her and is verygood at what she does 💕

  I’ve never experienced service this bad anywhere in the United States. There was virtually no customer service at all. I ordered a salmon bowl, and when it came time to add toppings, nobody even asked what I wanted—they just threw things into the bowl and moved on. When I tried to point at the toppings I wanted, I was told not to point. However, just moments later, I watched a white customer standing behind me point at the food in exactly the same way, and no one said anything to him. The double standard was hard to miss. The cashier looked annoyed the entire time and didn’t say a single word. I mean, you don’t have to have a long conversation, but at least say hello. While we were waiting for our food, we observed the staff for quite a while. They were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to white customers, but their attitude toward us was completely different. The contrast was impossible to ignore. Based on our experience, it felt discriminatory. I came here expecting a meal, not to be treated like I was unwelcome. I don’t believe a restaurant that treats customers differently based on race deserves support, regardless of the food quality. I won’t be returning, and I cannot recommend this location to others.
