  Now I'm a revitalize Cava customer even when I travel but this particular Cava and I know there's probably certain Others as well are choosing to be so evil and wicked worth their food servings that they're giving here very little rice and then when I asked the worker "Can you put more rice in my bowl?" She says "They charge more" and I said "How much more?" And she says at first "Like about $1 and something" and then she switched up the pricing and then said "About $3". I liked at her like the Fools they are and told her boldly "Oh no because yall charging like this only because of the location but I'll NEVER pay extra for something that I'm already paying for" and she just got quiet saying that She don't know if it's because of the location and I Authoritatively told her "oh yes it's definitely one of the reasons yall ate high pricing and extra charging because at other locations I've never had to pay extra when I ask for more anything EVER" and she just didn't say anything because I'm looking at Her like "Try that tactic with someone that's a Fool like yall cause it ain't every working on or with ME",Smh. And then at this location they dont even fill your bowl up completely like they do at other Cava locations either. Ummm, then LOWER YOUR PRICES according to how you're lowering and taking down how much rice and servings that you're giving with you're evil, wicked selves all because you Love money and not People..... Balance it.......

  Were in Atlanta for a concert and as soon as I saw CAVA close by out hotel I was so excited as we love CAVA, but this experience was disappointing! One spoon of rice was added and when asked for a bit more was told they are a “training location and are camera audited every couple hours.” I asked again for additional rice and it was added. Our bowls are usually hefty and delicious, but this location serves underwhelming portions and prices are the same. When prices remain the same or go up and portions and customer service go down is when customers go elsewhere. I know next time I’m in Atlanta I will find another location or find another type of cuisine. Do better.

  I stopped by between appointments to pick up an online lunch order. The eggplant dip included with the kids’ meals was mostly liquid, so I politely requested a revised serving that matched the specified scoop size. The young man at the counter became visibly upset and argumentative, insisting that this was how the dip was supposed to look. Eventually, we received the corrected portion. Unfortunately, the interaction didn't end there. The same employee proceeded to make rude comments about another customer who had simply asked if he was being spoken to. When asked directly, the employee responded, “No, but I am talking about you.” As a frequent CAVA customer, I was disappointed by the level of customer service at this location. This experience was far below the standard I've come to expect, particularly compared to neighboring locations. The employee's attitude created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment for both myself and other guests. Based on this encounter, I would not return to this location.

  I was shocked. I come here 2-3 times a week as I work right across the street at the Galleria. The rudest young man that was helping me with my toppings and dressings was extremely rude. I asked if they had the balsamic date dressing and he shook his head no. I saw it posted on the glass so I asked again and he shook his head. He did not want to tell me if they were out or if cava didn’t make it anymore. I then ask for pita chips and he nods his head. NEVER SAID ONE WORD. Then at the register she rings me up and I see no chips in my bag. I tell her and she says “well nobody told me that” in which I replied I told your coworker that doesn’t know how to speak and they both just stared at me again. I will not be coming back to this location as the manager also just sat there and did nothing. They said they were shorted pita chips and dressing last shipment. I don’t have a problem with that…. It’s the rudeness in front of people’s faces

  This location used to be great, but i hate to leave this review, but it's gone down majorly. They skimp on the portions so badly and used the excuse that they're a "training" location now hence they need to skimp on the portions b/c it's what they are taught.. My bowl used to hit the top of the lid with the sauces touching the lid, the contents of this bowl was half the bowl or slightly a little more. They even skimp on the rice. Everything is a up charge. Soon sitting in and eating will be too. Cava to me was somewhere I would go to when I want to eat and get a full. Instead this was a total dud of a location and the terrible employees. Super disappointed would be an understatement. I definitely won't be coming back to this location and unfortunately it's the closest one to my home.
