  Food is good. But bathroom smells bad and is dirty I arrived before 11:30am. And back area by drinks smells like a dirty sponge/ chicken coop. Staff can be a little rude too.

  Terrible terrible terrible experience, DO NOT order ahead they will take your order and then make you wait for an hour but once you placed your order you will watch a long line disappear and they will refuse to make your order and claim that they are unable to service you…deybey the manager specifically will make you wait an hour after placing your order. I’m sitting in an empty dining room still waiting and it’s been an hour Not sure if he is new but I will NEVER come back to this location again ever again.

  Never complain at places like these But we had multiple meals that they messed up and ended up trying to charge us extra to replace their mistake. So we ended up just having to get what we didn’t want.Not very kind staff and for the price you should be able to get what you want . They were out of half of the items on their menu as well,

  Disappointing experience. I walked back in after already placing my order because I forgot a drink and pita chips, and the manager immediately addressed me with unnecessary aggression instead of simply asking what I needed. Good customer service is about solving simple problems professionally, not escalating them. Unfortunately, this is also the third time I’ve visited this location and several ingredients have been out of stock. The staff never seems happy to be there, and the overall customer experience reflects that. I like CAVA, but this location needs better leadership, more consistent inventory, and a much stronger focus on customer service.

  Ok I was given a free drink to give a 5 star review, but actually after that visit, I realized why. And the person actually watched me go to Google and didn’t give me the cup until I hit 5 stars and then “save.” So the bigger issue is that I was given a free drink, but the drink machine is BROKEN. And it was broken the last few times I’ve come here. I’ve tried to get soda water every time and the knob has come off. And the sodas are very clearly NOT carbonated. Listen, if this is the worst part of your day, life isn’t too bad. So I was sad for .02 seconds I didn’t get a carbonated blueberry soda, and I got over it and got my Poppi on the way home. Everything else was fine, the portions and service, so it’s funny they gave me a free drink which the drink was the disappointing part!
