  BK was the name of the manager that helped me this afternoon. I had a pleasant experience after an embarrassing moment and I'd like to thank him for being so helpful today. Also, I will recommend Cava for its great food options and pleasant staff! Thanks again BK!

  Delicious Mediterranean restaurant!!! Full of flavor with delicious, healthy options. The build your own bowl is great! Lots of good options and allergy-friendly choices for gluten-free, diary-free, vegetarian, etc. Simple and easy to order. The drinks are great too! I got the lemonade and mixed a couple together. More than enough food for a very affordable cost!! Highly recommend. One of my favorite restaurants while visiting the area. The staff was polite and quick. There's plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.

  I’ve been really disappointed with my recent experiences at CAVA. The only time I receive a proper portion is when I order in person. Unfortunately, the lines are often long and move slowly, which discourages me from going inside. Ordering through the app has been even more frustrating because the portions are consistently much smaller than what I receive in person. It feels like customers who order ahead are paying full price but getting significantly less food. That’s simply not acceptable. Many people, myself included, started choosing CAVA because it felt like a better alternative to Chipotle, where inconsistent portions have been a common complaint. Sadly, CAVA is beginning to feel no different. If you’re going to charge premium prices, every customer should receive the same portions regardless of how they place their order. Until that changes, it’s hard to justify ordering through the app.

  had an excellent experience at CAVA Cumberland, thanks to DK. My order was placed online, and I received updates throughout the process letting me know exactly when it would be ready. When I arrived, DK was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. He made sure everything was taken care of and went above and beyond to provide great customer service. In a time when good customer service can be hard to find, DK stood out. He was patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that I had a positive experience. My order was accurate, fresh, and exactly what I expected. DK made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. If he’s a manager, he’s doing an outstanding job. If he’s not, he definitely has the leadership skills and customer service attitude to be one. Thank you, DK, for turning a simple food pickup into a great experience. CAVA is lucky to have you!

  I got a bowl with half rice and half lentils and the lentils were literal stones i had th crunch through to eat. They were out of half of everything but still had most of the toppings I like so I ate there. The restaurant was very dirty, overcrowded, everyone talking on top of each other, the music was extremely loud so everyone was yelling their orders. You can always tell if the workers don't want to be there they hate their work environment. The manager who was on break and in front of me in line seemed completely drunk to me. If being in a loud barn full of animals is your thing then you'll love it here. I stopped eating in the middle and took the rest home with me.
