I’m honestly disgusted by the experience I had ordering from CAVA through their delivery app. My food was delivered to me at work completely unsealed, which is extremely unsanitary and unacceptable for any restaurant, especially a major chain.
There was absolutely nothing securing the packaging. No tamper seal, no sticker, nothing showing the order was protected during delivery. My food went from the restaurant, to the delivery driver’s car, into a workplace environment, completely exposed the entire time. In today’s world, where hygiene and food safety should be taken seriously, this level of carelessness is shocking.
It completely turned me off from even wanting to eat the food because there’s no way to know what it was exposed to along the way. Properly sealing delivery orders should be the bare minimum standard.
This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had, and management seriously needs to improve their packaging and food safety practices immediately!

I’ve dined in about 3 times, the first pic was my first time ordering through DoorDash but this location always sucksThe food is good but they always give small portions, I paid for extra rice and you can see the bowl is about half full. I also got my daughter a kids meal and she didn’t receive a lot of food either. The second picture you can see how little rice they put. The one in Kennesaw tastes better and they fill up the bowl and kids meal! I didn’t even know my bowl comes with free pita until I went to the kennesaw location and they asked if I wanted it. I didn’t get full off either of these bowls but when I went to kennesaw location I was full after eating half the bowl.

Most of the employees seem like they don’t want to be there and often come across as irritated with customers. Management should better train the staff and consider replacing employees who clearly don’t want to be there. I love coming to this location, but the employee attitude makes the experience difficult. On top of that, the portion sizes are very inconsistent depending on who is serving, which makes the experience even more frustrating.

CAVA is one of my favorite places to grab a healthy bowl. Atlanta has plenty of “build-a-bowl” spots now—from poke to veggie-heavy rice bowls—but CAVA stands out with its Mediterranean flavor profile, spicy sauces, falafels, and fresh super greens that always hit the spot.
My wife and I first started visiting the Kennesaw location, and the service there set a high standard. The cafeteria-style flow was fast, efficient, and smooth—likely sharpened by the constant college crowd from KSU. Visiting the Cobb Pkwy location felt like a completely different experience.
The employees looked overwhelmed during the rush, and you could feel the pressure from customers waiting around for online orders. To their credit, the staff still kept trying to provide good service despite the chaos. I’ve worked in food service before, so I understand how quickly a shift can turn difficult. Eventually, the manager stepped out from the kitchen carrying multiple completed bags at once, and things started moving again for everyone waiting.
Even with the slower experience, the food quality stayed consistent, which carried most of my rating. That’s important to me. Busy days happen, but maintaining quality always matters most. I’ll still return, but to a different location for the bowls, flavors, and healthier options that CAVA does very well.

CAVA Store 157 has truly set the standard for what a consistently great dining experience should feel like. Every single visit has been nothing short of excellent—from the moment you walk in to the last bite of your meal. The atmosphere is clean, welcoming, and energetic without ever feeling rushed or chaotic.
What stands out the most is the staff. They are always friendly, patient, and genuinely seem to care about getting your order just right. Whether you’re customizing a bowl or trying something new, they take the time to make sure everything is fresh, accurate, and made with attention to detail.
I also want to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at this location. Team members like DK, Arie, Paige, and Giselle (the manager) are consistently kind, professional, and attentive to every customer—including myself. Their positive attitudes and dedication truly make a difference and elevate each visit.
The food itself is consistently top-tier. Ingredients are always fresh, portions are generous, and flavors are perfectly balanced. It’s clear that quality and consistency are a priority here, which makes it easy to keep coming back.
CAVA Store 157 delivers the kind of reliability that’s rare—every experience is a positive one. I eat at this location daily, and I can honestly say no other CAVA experience compares. I truly thank each team member for making every visit feel special.
