  Writing this while I’m still having dinner here because I’m really enjoying the experience. The food is tasty and fresh, the portions are generous enough, and the service has been friendly. Definitely a nice spot for dinner.

  This establishment’s customer service was on point! Shay recommended and took my order. She was unbelievably friendly, helpful and attentive. On top of that, the food was great too. I’ve been to a few Cavas but my experience here blew the others out of the water!

  I stopped by this restaurant during a business trip and really enjoyed the meal. The food was fresh, the portions were satisfying, and the staff was friendly. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy dinner after a busy day of meetings.

  Today was my first time visiting Cava. I had no idea where to start. Let me just say Quin was amazing! Quin assisted me from start to finish. He was very helpful assisting me with my menu selections & explaining the food items to me. As a hospitality expert & business owner Quin is someone I would want at the forefront of my business. Shoutout to Quin! 10/10 experience.

  I came here to order food tonight. I actually ordered my food online. I get here and they tell me that it’s “86 on meatballs“ I asked for clarification. What do you mean 86 on meatballs and she tells me meatballs are done for tonight without clarifying if they had any left or they were short on inventory or they just was refusing to make anymore but with an hour or at least 50 minutes left, I think that they should have made more instead I asked for a refund and they referred me to the customer service. I go to search for customer service and it’s customer service by email. That means I go home with no food. I go home with no refund and I won’t hear from customer service until at least Tuesday because they’re closed at five or 6 PM. I think this is very inconvenient. The manager was in the back cleaning up with 50 minutes left and told me there was no customer service number to call and report this issue upon searching online. I found that there was a customer service number to call and report this issue so now I’m very skeptical of will I get my money back or will something be done to resolve this issue or would I just be out of $18 and 50 Cent I watched the manager come outside get into his car and leave early at 9:45. I’m not sure where he’s gone but there are three women in the restaurants still cleaning up and I guess they’re closing at 10 it is 1002 now and I’m still here and I’m still hungry and I don’t know what to do so I’m making this review because this is the second time that I’ve came here to cover hoping to get a meal. It was highly disappointed, especially after I’ve already paid for the meal.
