  If you want to be treated inconsistently or spoken to rudely, feel free to visit this establishment. Food portions are inconsistent as well as attitudes. I was just there, a manager watched me waiting, needing help in line, it wasn’t busy but instead of him helping me, he gazed at me then walked in the back of the kitchen out of site. Then when I tried to place my order Jorge was less than pleasant then shorted me on my portion. I get the same thing every time. Am I wrong to expect consistency? I would not recommend this location unless you want to be cheated and deal with horrible attitudes. The Manager, a male wearing a head wrap and glasses should be retrained or demoted.

  The worker or was it a manager was so rude and disrespectful I was clarifying an issue with one of the workers and she just butted in; shouting at me She was so hostile.I already made a report to DD. The store needs to re train their workers to learn not to transfer aggression and scream at you like they are in the hood

  I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent experiences at several CAVA locations in Georgia. I have been a customer for years and have noticed a significant decline in both customer service and overall restaurant standards. During my recent visits, I observed several issues that were concerning: *Staff members were not customer-focused or welcoming. *The restaurant ran out of napkins and other basic customer supplies. *The dining area was dirty and appeared to be neglected. ***I witnessed one employee playing with another employee's hair while on the clock and in the dining area in full view of customers. This behavior is both unprofessional and unsanitary in a food-service environment. *Condiment and supply stations were not properly stocked, and employees seemed unconcerned about maintaining them. *Portion sizes, particularly for customers paying for double meat, were extremely disappointing. The amount provided was far below what most customers would reasonably expect for the additional cost. As a longtime customer, I have noticed a substantial change in the quality of service and restaurant operations over the past few years. These issues reflect poorly on the management and overall leadership of the locations involved. Customers should be able to expect a clean environment, professional staff, properly stocked dining areas, and fair portions for the price they pay. I hope CAVA takes these concerns seriously and review the standards being maintained at its Georgia locations.
