Good location. VERY limited parking, but I've been several times and it hasn't been an issue yet. 4 stars because everytime i come, they're either out of something or one of the proteins has been sitting for a while. Customer service is great, they just frequently have a wait time for more proteins or its whatever they have left for that day.

Ken and Antoine, make my experience EVERY time I come! No matter how busy they are they always make sure I leave with a smile!! If I order on the app or in person I always get what I need timely and efficiently.
I would recommend this location if you’re looking for lunch in midtown/downtown Atlanta.
Food is tasty and space is nice. However, came at 4:00pm with 4 (four) people ahead of me in line. By 4:20 I made it 5 feet to the counter. Had to scrape the last bit of dip out of the empty containers only to find every single protein but chicken also gone. No sense of hustle, no apparent effort to restock and a line growing longer at the beginning of the evening rush. Come on, guys.

I ordered an order off DoorDash (apparently at the peachtree location) and ended up getting someone else’s order. After going back and forth with DoorDash, they decided not to refund my $30 order. I came to the closest Cava location to my job, this midtown location, thinking my order came from here telling them everything that happened, pictures, etc. And although my order didn’t come to this location, Ken went literally above and beyond for me. He remade my order the correct way, and gave me a complimentary drink order which made my night. Also shout out to the young lady with the blue hair at the front/start of the line. She listened to me tell her what was going on, and went to let me know she could get someone who could help aka Ken. This group of people at this location is always sooo sweet, I don’t know why I even bother to go to other locations at this point. I wish I got the girls name but thank you guys so much!!!! We need more people like this in the service/customer service industry

***TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE***
If I could give negative stars I would. The only good thing out of this trip was the taste of the food. My friend and I went to Cava this afternoon, May 2, 2026 at 3 pm. We can understand that it is a busy time so we were patient with everything going on. As my order was being taken, my sauces are being scooped and almost chucked into the bowl. I then proceeded to ask for extra sauce because the portion I was given was not enough, I was met with an attitude and another scoop. Moving onto the meat, I ask for half chicken and half steak. I receive very small and shallow scoops you could literally say scraps. As the scoops are already small, I was upset. I’m telling you, every single scoop was put in with ATTITUDE!!!! Cava please hire better staff because this was the worst customer service I have ever received. I recommend to NOT go to this cava location at all costs.
