The worst location!! I ordered a cava bowl for pickup online, and waited 25 minutes at the pickup window, while NO ONE was in line to order! After asking about my order multiple times and being told, it was still going to be a few minutes, I told her that I could’ve walked through the line, ordered in person and already be on my way. She didn’t seem fazed at all, even though I was in a rush to pick up my child from school. The bathroom was also nasty at this store!

The food-line staff was friendly and helpful, but unfortunately, the gentleman with the red hair was very disrespectful and condescending. After I paid for my chips, he questioned whether I had paid and asked for proof. His attitude, followed by rolling his eyes and walking away, was completely unnecessary and left a bad impression.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly the way I wanted. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Everything was clean, well-organized, and the portions were generous. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend CAVA if you’re looking for a fresh, healthy, and delicious meal!

I always vote places considering their price and what you take from it. I think making health fast food accessible at this price is deserving 5 star. I seen many students eating from here.. ppl working was very nice, I got even compliment on my sweater from one of the person :) thanks for that.. I would recommend putting some healthier drinks, orange juice etc. I seen only coke, and some sort of other sweet stuff :) I just hate the plastic forks etc, I wish it would be replaced.. But in general it deserves a good review.

I don’t know how this location has the rating that it does. The people leaving reviews must not be coming during evening hours. We live nearby so come to this location at least once a week but this happens almost every time we come for dinner, and it’s getting ridiculous. Tonight, they were out of at least 5 different ingredients with 2–3 hours still left before closing, including chicken, a type of lettuce, and multiple dressings. The most frustrating part was being told, “We’re out of chicken,” while the employee behind him literally picked up the chicken from the line and carried it over to the takeout line. So apparently there was chicken available..just not for the customers standing in line. I understand that restaurants occasionally run out of an ingredient, but consistently being out of 5+ ingredients several hours before closing is not reasonable for a restaurant that is supposed to offer a build-your-own menu. And unfortunately, the staff have never had a particularly good attitude about it when we ask what’s available. This has happened enough times that it feels like a recurring management/prep issue rather than a one-off shortage. Really disappointing.
