  The food always tastes great, I just wish I could receive it in a timely manner. Ordering pickup is horrendous since it seems they don't work on orders right away. You'll tell them your order name and they'll start working on it right there and then is instead of 15 minutes again, when it was supposed to be made. The area is often unclean for long periods of time and items like napkins and forks are often missing on the floor. Would recommend Cava in Peachtree if it's not too out of the way.

  first time at this cava, didn't disappoint...I'd make the drive just to come back here shoutout to Karon and Erin If im spelling it right. They deserve a raise! They were patient as we took a long time and made it seem like no big deal. Appreciative.

  I’ve been to many CAVA locations, and this was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The employees were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. They somehow had every dressing available except the one I wanted, so I asked which dressing would be the closest to what I normally get, and the employee literally responded, “No idea.” She made absolutely no effort to help or even suggest an alternative. They also didn’t bother to ask if I wanted the complimentary pita that comes with my meal. The customer service was seriously lacking, and the employees seemed completely uninterested in helping. I’ve had great experiences at other CAVA locations, so the difference in service here was very noticeable. This location definitely needs to do better.

  CAVA was one of my favourite healthy places to eat while travelling in the USA. I loved the variety of fresh ingredients and being able to customise my meal exactly how I wanted. Tasty, filling, reasonably priced, and a great option when you’re looking for something healthy and quick. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

  To be honest, I hate to say this, but I have to be real. I usually love going to this place cause the food is good but tonight when I went to order not only did it take forever for them to get my order 15 minutes plus but then they were fighting over who made it because none of them wanted to make the food and then once it eventually got made it was sitting by the toppings part to put the toppings on and no one was getting it. I finally had to say something and one of them got it very aggressively and was very rude and then once I checked out and got pita chips I asked for a bag because I had a long walk ahead of me and I didn’t wanna sit there and carry the pita chips and the bowl and a tall African-American lady with glasses kept refusing to give me a bag saying that they only had enough for DoorDash orders when I finally accepted defeat, I saw another whole entire stack of bags and luckily one of the employees overheard me to keep asking her and she finally gave me one which was a different employee, but after her being super rude and kept saying she wouldn’t give me a bag that is horrible customer service
