    I’ve been to this location a few times now and unfortunately the experience is consistently disappointing. Every time I walk in, the atmosphere feels off. The staff don’t come across as engaged or welcoming, and it shows in how the whole place operates. There’s a noticeable lack of energy and care, both in how customers are treated and how the team interacts with each other. During my most recent visit, I watched employees rolling their eyes, moving slowly, and responding to basic requests like they were inconveniences. At one point I asked for avocado on my bowl and the employee squeezed half an avocado directly on top of the food instead of slicing it. It was messy and careless, and honestly not what you expect from a brand like CAVA. I also saw a situation where one employee asked the kitchen for something and was completely ignored while standing there. No acknowledgment at all. It just added to the sense that there isn’t much communication or respect within the team. Even small things like presentation and professionalism behind the counter felt inconsistent. It doesn’t feel like a well-run or well-managed location. I’m not sure if the issue is training, staffing, or management, but something clearly isn’t working here. The culture feels off, and as a customer you can feel it immediately when you walk in. CAVA is usually a reliable and positive experience, but this location doesn’t reflect that standard at all. I hope corporate takes a closer look because it really stands out compared to other locations.

    First time at this location and out of one of rices and out of multiple protein options. Lobby trashy and employees look like they didn't wash before they came to work. All the cava locations in Atlanta are literally the same. You have to drive out of the city to get a better experience at cava. No matter how many times you complain to customer service nothing happens. The only way they will act right is if we stop supporting them. Let's stop supporting these places until they can get there act together.

    Don’t ever go this location today ,, I was charge for extra lettuce, and for chips they I didn’t ask for and didn’t want ……. The service is horrible here I’m assuming because this location is serving a mainly an African American population,,, please do better with this location,, this is my second bad experience and bad review here

    CAVA never disappoints! They have the best bowls, and every single ingredient tastes so fresh and flavorful. Everything comes together perfectly, and every bite is honestly heavenly. I love that you can customize your bowl exactly the way you like it, and the portions are generous. Whether you're looking for something healthy, filling, or just incredibly delicious, CAVA is always a great choice. They also have a great variety of drink options, so there's something for everyone and the perfect drink to pair with your meal. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the quality is consistently amazing. I find myself coming back again and again because it's just that good. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it yet. 10/10!

    Day 1 -ordered a bowl online. The food was ready but I assume they were running out of rice because the entire bowl wasn’t 1/2 way to the line. Day 2 -let me order in the store. Stand in line to find wait 10 min on rice. I wait and then once the rice is there I go down the line and No Salmon! There will be a wait for salmon. So needless to say 29 minutes later I walk back to my place of business 5 minutes away without lunch. Lunch time is over. There is zero sense of urgency on behalf of the employees which is sad given that this is the lunch hour.
