Let me start with, I am a frequent with my lady at this location. We enjoy the food and service. We ALWAYS come on Mondays anywhere from 2 to 3pm. Today we briefly parked at the curbside slot because there was NO one in the entire lot besides 2 other cars. I dont know who does the hiring, but they definitely need to do the firing. This employee (black hat/chef coat/ pants) was disrespectful to my lady and myself about moving our vehicle before we walked into the establishment. As I agreed relocating my vehicle, he continued to voice disrespectful comments which weren't necessary as we got back in the car. Times may be rough on finding quality employees, but weed out the bad ones. Before we return to your establishment, find the timestamp (3:15pm) on your cameras and watch the video.

We stopped here on our honeymoon, and Kat served us. To say she did an excellent job would not properly praise her enough. She saw to us in a timely and efficient manner while being very friendly and gracious with us. The atmosphere was excellent. This was also probably the BEST Italian food bar none that me and my now wife have ever had. Again, I cannot stress how amazing Kat was. If she is not some type of head server or manager, she should be. We felt welcomed, taken care of, and left satisfied and full. She (and the rest of the staff at Carraba’s) are the best, and we thank them for the wonderful time we had!

2nd terrible experience in a row at this location. I have been waiting for an order that was supposed to be ready 40 minutes ago. I have been told multiple times “5-8 more minutes”. It’s just a sandwich! At least the to-go person was honest 40 minutes in and just said “I don’t know”.

I get carry out ALL THE TIME. What i like is there's no problem with adding on my order. The young lady with the BIG BEAUTIFUL EYES is ALWAYS NICE AND FRIENDLY even though I added to my order late THANK YOU not all restaurants have that service. The other restaurants staff they show their NASTY ATTITUDE.

Carrabba's Italian Grill is a casual and relaxed spot with a comfortable atmosphere that makes it a solid choice for a laid-back Italian dinner. The highlight of the visit was the host, Empress, who was truly outstanding. She greeted me warmly, seated me right away, and offered water along with warm bread served with olive paste and olive oil. The olive paste was a bit salty for my taste, but the gesture and the warmth she brought to the experience set a great tone for the meal. I ordered the Filet and Shrimp Pasta Toscana, which was really good. Fettuccine with spinach and mushrooms tossed in a roasted garlic cream sauce, topped with sliced filet and wood-grilled shrimp. The pasta was rich and satisfying and the filet was cooked well. I also had the tomato soup, which was decent but nothing that stood out. My waitress Bri was handling both the bar and the tables, so service was minimal. She brought the food and the check but was not very attentive throughout the meal, which was noticeable. Overall a pleasant experience with good food, though the service could be more consistent. Empress alone made the visit feel welcoming and I would come back for the pasta.
