  Caribou Coffee in Midtown is one of my favorite spots to relax, get some work done, or meet up with friends. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, the atmosphere is comfortable, and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. They consistently make great drinks and provide excellent customer service. This has definitely become my go-to coffee shop in Midtown Atlanta.

  Love the staff at Caribou coffee. Always on their game with orders, delicious selection of pastries, or sandwiches, snacks, lots of outlets if you want to recharge your phone or tablet plenty of window seating. Convenient location, free parking.

  As a CEO of a global entity, I have a profound appreciation for authentic work ethic and exceptional service, qualities that are often hard to find. My recent visits to Caribou Coffee have been excellent, largely due to an outstanding employee named Jennifer. Jennifer is always so respectable and personal. What makes her service truly stand out is her authenticity; she treats every customer with the same high level of professionalism and warmth, without knowing who they are. She does not know me as a CEO, but the few times I have interacted with her, her genuine nature and consistent work ethic have been remarkable. I highly respect any company that fosters such an environment and employees like Jennifer. She is a true asset to the Caribou team and a shining example of how great service should be.   I was recommended to go here by someone that works at another Caribou coffee location at the Atlanta Airport. Mind you, I never had coffee from this company. I went there on Tuesday and I got a medium iced matcha with a turkey, bacon and egg mini sandwich. They were both so good and I paid only $11 for them. If you're a college student on a budget, I highly recommend coming here vs Starbucks and Dunkin. The cashiers was so nice and helped me out with the menu as a first time customer. The WIFI is very strong so if you work near midtown or a college student, this is the spot for working on any assignments or wfh job assignments. If you have a hard time focusing on one task or sensitive to loud noises from the coffee maker machine ,having good noise cancelation earbuds or headphones helps. That's what I did when I dined in. I'm definitely coming back here!!
