  On the morning of 05/08/26 Me and my partners went to Caribou Coffee here. Two of us had it before in years past coming to Arlanta for FWA, but this was the first time for one of us. They were very excited to try it but only two of us got our Coffee. The other did not. We waited and waited, but nothing. I went ahead and tried to inquire as to what had happened, and when it was discovered that his coffee had been taken by someone else, a worker who I assume was the manager at the time, a male was extremely rude and dismissive, his tone and attitude were very rude. He even made it seem like we were trying to scam them out of free coffee. He said things like we aren't doing this, well that's too bad and so on. I went ahead and told the other workers that I was almost certain that my other partners coffee had been taken. He had used his real name instead of his fursonas name which upon him saying this it clicked for me. His coffee had indeed been taken by someone else. The supposed manager then went on about how we could get back in line and get a refund when it was our turn. This made us very upset along with his general attitude and insinuating. If he was willing to refund it after making us stand in the long line again, why not just remake the drink??? We will never be going back here again. There are other coffee places.

  We were on a tour and the mall was our meeting spot. Quickly grabbed a Chai tea before the tour began. The tea was wickedly sour. I believe the milk they added was bad. I had someone try it, and they could barely swallow a tiny sip. I order Chai tea often, and have NEVER tasted anything like what I was served at Caribou Coffee. The staff seemed pleasant enough, but how do you serve spoiled food or drinks to customers? I unfortunately didn't have time to return it to the barista. It's so unacceptable to serve anything you believe is bad—people can get sick. Medium spoiled beverage and a wasted $7.25.

  카리브 커피를 기념하기 위한 상품을 구입하고 싶었는데 종류가 많지않아 아쉽네요 그나마 진열되어있는 샘플이 마지막 재고라서 그런건지 박스도 없습니다 오후라서 커피대신 마실 음료를 원했는데 핫쵸코에 아이스만 넣어줘도 되는데 일할 의욕없어보이는 직원분은 그런 메뉴는 없다고만 하네요 카리브 커피를 좋아하는 이용자로서 카리브 커피의 메뉴와 서비스 품질이 점점 줄어드는 모습이 안타깝습니다

  Lovely coffee and drinks. Staff was very friendly and attentive! Quick and delicious.
