The service is extremely slow for what should be simple drink and small bite orders. It honestly makes me question whether there are issues with their prep process or if there’s a high turnover rate impacting training. I’ve never been able to get a quick drink here, no matter how many times I’ve tried. Today was especially frustrating. After placing my order in the drive-thru, I ended up backing out of line for the third time because it was taking so long. The drive-thru itself isn’t safe or easy to exit once you’re in line, which just adds to the frustration. At this point, I’ve given this location more than enough chances. If I want Caribou, I’ll just go to the Marietta location instead.

Haven’t been spoken to like this since a mean middle school teacher! LOL I immediately went down the street to dancing goats where they let me use the br before I ordered. The lack of a humanity when you work at a coffee shop is crazy! You’re supposed to foster a welcoming vibe!
