I had just come from Starbucks across the street, where I waited in line for about 5 minutes only to be told they would charge $1.50 for it, which honestly felt a bit unreasonable. So I decided to try my luck here at Caribou Coffee, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was incredibly kind. Not only did they not charge me, but they gave me a full large cup of hot water without hesitation. That small act of kindness really made my day. I’ve had their coffee before and it’s always amazing. honestly, I would’ve ordered one today if my stomach wasn’t upset! This experience just made me appreciate this place even more. Thank you for your kindness and for turning my day around. I’ll definitely be back ❤️

I figured out it was about half full with foam the other half. Very disappointed. But, whatever. I tasted it and it was horrible.

Doesn’t mean you can lie, close early, and do what you want. That’s why you’re an employee…I’ll leave this review on both locations just in case the right person doesn’t see it ;) It’s not even 10pm and they said “no we close at 9” when the sign right there, in TWO places says 11pm.
