  I dine here often, never have I ever sent anything back until today. Since the menu has been updated the items that were good they have since discontinued and items like the clam chowder and the Cajun Mac were awful.

  The food are service are good, but I've had the same experience waiting Forever for my food when placing a to-go order. It seems they cater to those dining-in before taking care of to-go orders. I've waited up to 40 minutes twice. My advice is to call at least 30 min ahead for to-go orders instead of placing them in-person.

  Went on my lunch to get the Crab Bisque and grilled cheese. They notified me that they changed the cheese but I didn’t think it would look like this. I got back to see this disaster of a grilled cheese and when I went back to complain they all looked at me crazy and one lady working there got an attitude with me about it. This is not a grilled cheese. It looks like they sprinkled shredded cheese on it and called it a day. I am not used to this from cafe bistro, I am very disappointed.

  Only giving 2 stars because the food is good and the young lady Jordan actually tries to help. There's no reason to call 15 minutes ahead of you still have to wait another 15 even if you only ordered fries 😑. Every time I come here to pick up an order the guy in the suit comes out to check on customers every single time he doesn't even acknowledge me , even when I'm standing there for 10 minutes waiting on an order I called in 20 minutes before .
