  Sat for over twenty minutes with empty drink cups after our waitress came and asked if we needed refills...in the meantime she waited on another table and swept the floor, checked on another table and still didn't bring drinks. Had to flag down a host to finally get refills. By then the food was cold so we got to go boxes and left.

  Obviously you can tell by all the same reviews and the responses of the store- nothing has changed. I'm just sad I didn't see it until after I placed my order. Literally nobody cares at this restaurant and you will wait FOREVER to get your food. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  Don’t go there. Save the time and go elsewhere, literally anywhere else. Workers could care less if you have a takeout order and your order if you get it will be at least 30- min to an hour late. And no they won’t give you a refund or a sorry. So just save yourself a trip and get BOGO elsewhere

  What a great experience!! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in the door! Sports on every TV Smiles on every face Ashley our server suggested the build your own sampler (the sliders are a must try) Benji the manager stopped by to make sure we were being taken care of We will definitely be back!!!

  We missed our entire concert due to the slow customer service at this location. We arrived at 4:50 PM and were not served until 5:20 PM, despite noticing that several tables seated after us were attended to first. We flagged down two different hosts to ask about our server but were dismissed both times. Once we finally got our waitress’s attention, we placed our order, but then waited an additional 10 minutes just to receive our drinks. Our appetizers didn’t arrive until 6:00 PM (which ended up being the best part of the meal), and our main courses weren’t served until 6:30 PM. My fiancée’s order was incorrect and arrived cold. At that point, we had only about 10 minutes to eat before needing to leave for the concert, and ultimately, we still missed it despite being close to the venue. We also observed waitstaff openly discussing among themselves who would be taking our table, which added to the overall frustration. Given that multiple tables were served ahead of us and the way we were repeatedly overlooked, we couldn’t help but feel concerned that our treatment may have been influenced by bias, including the fact that my fiancée is mixed race. Regardless of the reason, the experience was unacceptable.
