I ordered two slices of pizza and waited approximately 15 minutes while the employee continued making other pizzas instead of simply handing me the slices I had already ordered. When I asked about my order, she told me that she had several large orders and that I needed to be patient. After a back-and-forth conversation, she practically threw my slices at me. Her attitude and lack of professionalism completely ruined what should have been a simple transaction. The food at this place is great, but the customer service is honestly the worst. I’ve been a loyal, long-term customer, but after this experience, they’ve lost my business. Great food means very little when customers are treated this way.

The rich flavors of the jerk chicken slice confirmed this for me! I enjoyed the dough/crust - it's thin but holds is open with is slightly cherry structure. I won't say their pizza is healthy, but it dang sure won't be recalled!
