While I enjoyed the food and atmosphere of the restaurant, I would like to note that the manager for the night “Faye or Fey” (spell check) was very passive aggressive with my friend and I on my birthday. As we know, Atlanta is full of content creators. A group of well known content creator friends that we know, suggested this as a restaurant for me to celebrate my birthday, as they posted pictures online at and of the restaurant. While taking pictures, Fey came over and stated we could not take pictures with flash. This was noted and we acted accordingly. Upon trying to take pictures without the flash, Fey followed us around and said “ladies, no pictures in the restaurant, I have very important guests here who I have to protect.” Weird. Oddly enough, this seems to be a restaurant that caters to status, and unknowingly she wasn’t aware that my friend and I are both content creators/influencers with very engaged audiences. We stepped out of the restaurant, and my friend decided to speak with her regarding her passive aggressive attitude. She began a little nice nasty back n forth with my friend and I pretty much felt my birthday had been ruined at this point. Honestly to the point I didn’t even order a dessert for my birthday. I would like to note Travis was absolutely amazing. He was apologetic and was very conflict resolution oriented and provided great service from start to finish. But, I do not believe this would be a restaurant I would share with my audience to visit.

We went to the Brasserie Margot to celebrate my friend birthday. This was my first time here and I've heard that the brunch is good so I was excited to try it out. Parking here is simple just pull up to the front and valet. The Brasserie validates your parking at it ends up being $5 dollars which is a steal in the city! This is a brunch review. We enjoyed the pastries, we ordered all of them I was stuck in the chocolate croissant fluffy, light and just the right amount of chocolate not too overpowering. Maybe it was the quality of chocolate but it was absolutely delicious. Everyone enjoyed the other pastries as well. Drinks there were too many drink orders to remember but I had the Spicy Margarita it was gggoooddd!! Perfect balance of spice and tequila to get the day started. Other guests had mimosas, McCallen, Old Fashion's and no one was disappointed with their drinks. Food so many people got the same thing not because the menu wasn't vast and filled with delicious options but there are signature brunch dishes that you just want to try. It seemed the French Toast, Eggs Benedict with Salmon and Steak and Eggs won the day. One person had the Quiche Au Legumes and from what I could see the plate was completely cleaned by the end...as were all the other plates on the table. I had the French Toast and one too many bites of my boyfriend's Egg Benedict (lol). The French Toast tasted like French toast! I loved it. The lemon curd kicked it all the way up on the flavor level along with the cremé Anglaise aka whipped cream but better. I had the French toast with a side of over medium eggs. The Egg Benedict oohh la la.. I actually want some right now. 10/10! I would go back there just for that. I typically don't like EB because of the English muffin but this was a party of flavors that drowned that muffin in goodness. I did not have the Steak and Eggs but the mouth slapping and empty plates lets me know that it was good. Service was as to be expected..GOOD. The staff were friendly, funny and provided great recommendations. The birthday boy loves creme brulee and the staff brought that out with a candle. He didn't offer anyone a piece and devoured it in 5 bites so it's safe to say it's delicious. He literally said it's the best creme brulee he's had in the US! I absolutely would recommend the Brasserie Margot for brunch!

Brasserie Margot is a beautiful space with all the elegance you would expect from a Four Seasons property. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn’t live up to the brand’s usual reputation for thoughtful, unhurried luxury hospitality. The food itself was good, but ultimately average. The French onion soup and peach salad were enjoyable, and the Sancerre was excellent, but nothing on the menu truly stood out as memorable. What was most disappointing was the service. As the restaurant approached closing time, I continually felt as though I was being rushed to finish my meal. Fine dining should allow guests to enjoy the experience at a comfortable pace, especially at a luxury hotel where hospitality is expected to be as exceptional as the surroundings. Instead, the repeated sense of urgency took away from what should have been a relaxing lunch. I’ve had many outstanding experiences at Four Seasons properties around the world, which is why this visit was particularly surprising. The service here simply did not reflect the gracious, guest-centered experience I’ve come to associate with the Four Seasons name. I hope this was an isolated experience, as Brasserie Margot has tremendous potential. With a greater focus on allowing guests to savor their meal without feeling hurried, it could easily deliver the level of hospitality the Four Seasons brand is known for.
