This is what exceptional customer service looks like! We came in for happy hour and had the pleasure of being served by Jazmine. From the moment she greeted us, I could tell that providing outstanding service comes naturally to her. She was warm, attentive, personable, and genuinely eager to make sure we had a great experience.
Nicole also helped make our visit even better. Even though our drinks took a little longer than expected to come out, Nicole kept us informed and maintained such a positive, upbeat attitude that it never put a damper on our experience.
Nicole and Jasmine truly made our visit memorable. I'll definitely be back, and I'll be checking both their schedules so I can request either of them as our server again. Thank you both for providing such an amazing experience!
The staff stole my credit card and used it at the Long Horn next door.
It’s unfortunate that management allows this sort of thing to happen. I was becoming a reoccurring guest of this restaurant and although the service or food aren’t anything special, I enjoyed the private dining events. Until recently. After collecting our credit cards to pay for the meal, I found out later that staff took my card and used it at the restaurant next door.
I was disappointed but when I shared this experience with the manager CHAD I felt even worse. Chad did not care nor apologize. His lack of empathy and reaction revealed to me that this happens often and he possibly is in on it. Which is too bad because if the manager express a little bit of empathy I probably would not fault the entire restaurant.
If you dine with this specific restaurant in Akers Mill, USE APPLE PAY. If they see the opportunity to steal, they will take it.

My wife and I visited Bonefish Grill on Cobb Parkway for dinner on June 27, 2026. We've eaten at this location for both lunch and dinner several times, and it's always been one of our favorite date-night spots because of the atmosphere, service, and consistently good food.
Unfortunately, this visit was a major disappointment.
We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp, which was outstanding as always—crispy, flavorful, and exactly what you'd expect from Bonefish Grill. After that, everything went downhill.
As we were eating, the bar area looked more like an employee break room than a restaurant. Staff members were sitting at the high-top tables eating dinner, watching videos on their cell phones, and loudly talking about their day and what they planned to eat after work. At one point, I even saw who appeared to be one of the chefs come out, sit down with his phone, and join them. It honestly made me wonder if the manager was on vacation because there didn't seem to be anyone overseeing the dining room. One staff tall staff member or server (Male) had blonde twist reddish hair and several times he rested on the table while watching something on his phone. The chef even bought him some cheese cake to each while watching whatever he had on his phone.
Now, I'm an Ahi Tuna connoisseur. I've ordered it all over the country, and Bonefish has usually done a great job with it. Not this time. The tuna was overcooked, and the sauce completely overwhelmed what should have been a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth piece of fish. Ahi tuna should be lightly seared, tender, and allow the natural flavor of the fish to shine. This plate missed the mark entirely.
Service was just as disappointing. The empty Bang Bang Shrimp plate sat on our table throughout the meal. Along with it were bread plates, chopsticks, side dishes, two salad bowls, and other empty dishes that simply accumulated while we ate. No one cleared the table. And before anyone asks—the restaurant wasn't busy.
To make matters worse, people were sitting at the bar wearing bonnets, others came in and occupied seats without ordering food or drinks, and employees continued socializing loudly while guests were trying to enjoy dinner.
I tip well because I appreciate good service, but I also expect good service in return. Hospitality is about creating an experience, not just delivering food. Honestly, Chick-fil-A provides more attentive customer service than what we experienced during this visit.
It's disappointing because we've always enjoyed this Bonefish Grill. However, after this experience, my wife and I will likely take our date nights back to the Galleria area.
I hope this was simply an off night and that management addresses these issues, because this location has the potential to be much better than what we experienced.
I expect Bonefish Grill to apologize and invite us back, but apologies alone aren't enough.
As a corporate leader, I know culture starts with management. The lack of oversight, poor service, and employee behavior we witnessed should have been addressed immediately.
Bonefish Grill has a prime location in Cobb County and the potential to deliver an exceptional dining experience. I encourage guests to visit over the next 30 days and decide for themselves whether meaningful improvements have been made. Great restaurants earn loyalty through consistent execution, not just responses to online reviews.

The restaurant was very nice—clean, well-lit, and featuring an upscale yet warm and welcoming atmosphere.
We started with the Blackened Chicken Egg Rolls, and they were absolutely delicious. The accompanying sauces paired perfectly and made for a great appetizer.
My wife ordered the 12 oz. bone-in pork chop with garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed spinach. Her only complaints were that the garlic mashed potatoes tasted a bit “corporate” and were only slightly warm when served. Also, as the sweet tea connoisseur that she is, she found the tea a little too sweet.
I ordered the Pan-Seared Blackened Ahi Tuna, and it was freakin’ delicious! Every part of the meal was outstanding. The Brussels sprouts were incredible, and the tuna was cooked and seared perfectly. I also had a Dragon Fruit Margarita, which was fantastic.
To top it all off, our server, Brenden, was cordial, informative, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. He truly helped elevate the entire experience. (Give that man a raise!)
Summary:
Highly recommended! Despite a couple of minor issues, the food, atmosphere, drinks, and service made for an excellent dining experience. We will definitely be back!
