Maybe the best fried chicken chain ever? If you've got anytime in the Atlanta Airport. Make sure to stop by here.

Very disappointment in this Bo’s. I’ve been to several and this one lacked customer service and quality. Had to use the kiosk to order and no one greeted us, however when their friends show up they were ready and willing to allow them to it the line and serve them first. The beverage area was in terrible shape, no ice in either machine, and most of the soda did not have the syrup. We wanted to get the legendary sweet tea and they had some generic empty canister with mold. This place did a huge disservice to the Bojangles brand. Eat somewhere else. Rude and not clean.

Everything is sold separately, no combos. Very off putting. So a biscuit “combo” ends up costing $13.00. Computer monitors to order your food and it still prompts you for a tip. Hah!!! No. Good was fresh which I would hope so for that price.

they were out of a few things when i came but i did come right before they closed so that's probably why. were slightly friendly food was good, chicken was crunchy on outside and juicy and soft in middle. biscuit was a bit cold but still soft. kinda expensive but i probably should have reviewed the menu better before ordering. super fast service!

Bojangles has went down over the years and the food is meh, but the one star review is specifically for the staff. Acting like my given name is the wildest thing you’ve ever heard in an international airport is rude and incredibly ignorant. This coming from someone with a fairly common name outside of the US, so I can’t imagine the type of comments they’re making to others. Please educate yourselves on other cultures.
