  I ordered brown stew chicken. I was curious to see how it would be and it definitely was a disappointment. The chicken tasted like it was baked in BBQ sauce and then for it to be a stew I dont see how. There was not really any type of gravy/sauce with it. The cabbage had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Now on the menu it said it comes with plantains and cabbage. Instead I was given cabbage and some greens that did not taste well but at least had a flavor. It was my first time trying this spot. I do not think that I would be going back again.....at least not for the carribean food.

  Now let me start out by saying this if a person doesn’t like their job or if they’re having a bad day it’s completely understandable everybody is human but for you to over talk a customer and after I asked for help for you to explain to me what an item was and for you to have a tone like me asking is a burden that was not pleasant and for you to proceed to say is that it in the middle of my order is completely unacceptable. I never been to the place which I told the young man at the front and after that experience, I walked in, and I walked right back. The ear shot comment “The young man says I have an attitude when the only thing I was doing was trying to get you to explain( I came in with good service ready to tip an all not once was my service, tone, nor demeanor stated that I had any malicious intent) now mind you stood up at the front register while he has not one but two conversations with multiple employees, which wasn’t a problem, but for you to come up there with your headphones on talking to some person in the midst of taking my order and for you to have a attitude about whatever is going on, that’s unacceptable front counter we have to do better. I came there for an experience something for me and my boys to try and walk right out with nothing I would rather go somewhere else with somebody who has a more pleasant attitude than to spend my money with somebody store employee bad attitude( and that’s what I did).It’s called adjustment I never leave reviews like this, and I hope to never leave them again, but sometimes one rotten apple can spoil the bunch.

  This shit was old. I got sick. Do not eat there. I went back to talk to the owners saw a bug infestation . Disgusting no wonder I was sick. They were dead bugs behind the counter.

  The food was excellent. We had Catfish plate wit red beans and rice. We ordered Catfish egg rolls got shrimp. Order took 1 hour. Suggest better accuracy with orders. Call your order in if you lack patience.

  Came in on yesterday after seeing story on the news. The Lady was very pleasant but the food left more to be desired. I placed an order for Curry Chicken ,rice and peas, and cabbage. Well the cabbage had been cooked way tooooooo long very soggy, rice and peas were ok with the oxtail gravy but the meat I was given was NOT CHICKEN!!! I ended up handing it over to a man sitting at gas station near my home.
