  This place is one of my favorites on the East Coast! We travel through Atlanta with our dog and often can't leave him in the car due to the heat. Eating at Bahel Ethiopian Restaurant is perfect for him. Luckily for us, the food is delicious and has been the last three times we've eaten here. No nonsense, delicious fare. I dream about the Kitfo from here. Everything we've had has been delicious. The staff is kind and competent. Highly recommended!

  Excellent food and kind people. The waitress greeted us right upon arrival and complimented my 8.5 month pregnant wife calling her "so beautiful." It was very sweet and meant a lot! We got the vegan platter #2 which was a ton of food. We had leftovers. Every dish that came with the platter was full of flavor. We will be back!

  Truly excellent. Went as a group of 4 and got one of the Bahel tasting platters (a shareable). Great variety, great taste -- loved how friendly and helpful the staff were to us as relative Ethiopian food novices.

  We have eaten at Bahel before but had a large take-out order with them for the first time this weekend and they truly excelled. The food was excellent and the order was put together exactly as requested, including several different customizations!! Thx Bahel!!
