  Atlanta Hartsfield Airport, Concourse E. Took 20 mins for a sandwich and drink. Sandwich bun was dry, smashed and chewy. Arby's can do better. Staff was working hard but clearly understaffed. I did feel bad for them. Just disappointing for an expensive sandwich.

  I have never been more disappointed in Arby's in my life. The smokehouse brisket had very little smoke very little house and the driest brisket in the world. Not to mention it didn't have the crispy onion rings or the sauce or anything it looked like they had just shoved some dry beef on a bun. And for as busy as that airport is those french fries were stale. That 3.0 rating that I see up there is true. It seems like the airport food is just hideous and I will never eat it Arby's again now if this is how it's going to be.

  The food came out super quickly and Natou was very friendly and professional. The food was hot and delicious. I will come back again next time I’m in the Atlanta airport.

  two thing:first try to call the customer by a order number not by the meal ordered. second… even if you feel rush don’t forget to be kind with customers

  Fast and friendly. Great attitude for airport service. I didn't like everything is al a cart but that's the airport for you. Diallo at the register was pleasant. Only 2 ppl working and they got the line moving.
