I had ordered a chicken bacon and swiss and received a chicken bacon and cheddar other than that the sandwich was good

This arbys is harming the brand name. Out of 3 of the 6 items I ordered at 5pm. Cant do different sizes of items even though its on the menu. I love arbys and after a long week I hate to see this.

Today, about five minutes before writing this review, I went to place an order and asked the cashier if the beef and chicken were halal. There were two employees wearing hijabs at the register, and one of them confidently told me that the meat was halal. After checking, I found out that it is not halal.
This was very disappointing. Customers with dietary or religious requirements rely on employees to provide accurate information. If the staff are unsure, they should simply say they don’t know and check, rather than giving incorrect information. Honesty and proper training are essential, and this experience made me lose trust in this location.
I stopped here before my flight hoping to get a decent meal. I specifically wanted the smoked brisket sandwich that is advertised all over the menu and promoted as one of Arby’s signature items.
When I tried to order it, I was simply told they didn’t have any. It was around 4 PM—not closing time, not late evening, just the middle of the day. The item is still displayed on the menu, but apparently unavailable. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
I then tried ordering something else, but communication became another issue. The employee repeatedly misunderstood my order and had to ask the same questions multiple times. The entire interaction felt disorganized and frustrating.
The final straw was when I said I don’t drink soda and asked for a cup of water. I was told they don’t provide water cups. At that point I gave up, canceled the order, and walked away.
Running out of a signature menu item can happen. Poor communication can happen. But showing no concern, no apology, and no effort to help the customer is unacceptable.
I left hungry and spent my money elsewhere. Very disappointing experience.
