Service was excellent. Food was above par. Curly fries were terrible which surprised me, because they're usually very good.

Spent 25 dollars on a beef cheddar and French dip and large fry. Large fry came barely half full and everything cold and no au jus with the French dip.

Stopped at Arby’s and ordered two Medium Strawberry Lemonades. While sitting at the drive-thru window, I watched the employee put the strawberry syrup in the cups and then fill them with Minute Maid lemonade from the fountain machine. When I asked if that was the same lemonade used for the Strawberry Lemonades, she looked me straight in the face and said, “Yeah.” The problem isn’t that they may have been out of the regular lemonade—the problem is the dishonesty. If you’re out of an ingredient, tell the customer and give them the option to choose something else. Don’t substitute it without saying anything and then lie when asked about it. Customer service takes very little effort. A simple, honest explanation would have been appreciated. Instead, I was charged for one thing and given another. Very disappointing experience. Hopefully corporate will handle this.
