  This used to be one of my places of choice because the roast beef was not only tender but also not strong in flavor and seasoning so it was always a good choice for me. However, what I got was a double dose of the dregs since I ordered a double roast beef. The fries were obviously cooked in old oil badly disguised with too much seasoning... Cured of my need for Arby's permanently!

  Went on a Saturday at lunch to dine in. Haven’t been to Arby’s in 10+ years. This location was rated well. It was very clean inside. We were the only patrons. Ordered my son’s kids meal & asked if we could upgrade his beverage to a Shirley Temple Cream. The cashier couldn’t figure it out. Asked for assistance, other employee couldn’t figure it out. So I said, “it’s fine. Just place the kid meal with the fountain beverage & then add a Shirley Temple Cream”. Then we ordered a French Dip meal with potato cakes and then an individual roast beef and cheddar with potato cakes. The guy forgot to ring up the Shirley Temple Cream and he rang up a regular roast beef instead of the roast beef & cheddar!!! The food tasted fine (would have been better with the cheddar we ordered but was tired of going back for them to fix things). The potato cakes were good but tasted a little too much like hash browns- next time i would go with the classic curly fries. The ice machine in the dining area didn’t have ice. Had to ask for it at the counter. The Diet Coke had zero carbonation. Asked for it at the counter & she said she was changing it out & it was the same as behind the counter to give her a few minutes. Gave her 10 min. Still no carbonation. It was definitely a disappointing visit that shouldn’t have been so many mess ups given there was only one other customer the whole time we were there.

  Who’s keeping Arby’s in business? Me. Especially this location. I don’t know the manager’s name but she is so pleasant! I did a mobile order and both she and a gentleman who was cleaning (then thoroughly washed his hands) took good care of me without me having to ask. Love this location.
