Don't be fooled by the high rating - they have an offer of a free drink for a 5-star review. The food is edible, but far from good pho. If you are hungry, you can eat it. But it is nothing to write home about and definitely not a place you will seek to return to - the old rotting sprouts definitely looked like a health hazard, so we left them untouched.

I tried the Bun Bo Hue, which was delicious! However, the beef brisket and vegetable pho lacked flavor, and were served with stale bean sprouts. The drinks, at least, as well as the restaurant atmosphere, are great.

Great addition to Toco hill. Their tofu bahn mi are waaay better than Lee's (sorry Lee's). They give you plenty of the pickled vegetables and the bread is soft and fresh. The tofu has a good sauce and the sandwich isn't dry like some places. Highly recommend the eggplant appetizer too. So good.
