  Store #3164 I am now convinced. Is horrible, I placed an order on 10/1/2026. I go into the location to place the order, but could not due to game day bundle I wanted had to be placed online. Ok fine, placed the order and came back to pick it up. Asked the gentleman was it correct considering it felt light. Open the bag and seen fries and ranch which was apart of my order except fries didn’t look large, but ok accepted. Get home it’s the wrong order. I call they explain it was a mix up of names. Was assured by Jennifer who was pleasant, I could come back for my correct order. I go back 9 days later for yet again another order for a game day. Called first and was told they did not have what Jennifer said she left, asked did I have receipt, I didn’t get one, but luckily I paid by credit card & is a loyalty member so the order was in my email. Go to get the order and the rudest of rude Arthur says I will have to wait as he has other s in front of me. Ok fine I’ll get in line he inform me that I will not have my order dropped until he finishes with everyone else. I ask how does he know what my order is he says from the receipt in the back!!! Well they FIRST SAID JENNIFER LEFT NOTHING TO CORROBARATE WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. He proceeds to walk away and say I have to wait until his other are complete. This man is beyond rude and how he is an GM is beyond me. But after this I will no longer order from this location and my loyalty membership they can keep it I will NOT BE IN NEED OF IT. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE from a representative of Wing Stop.

  I feel bad for the owner of this franchise. When I arrived tonight there was another lady already there who was already irritated and upset because her pickup order was scheduled for 8:30 and it was 9:07. I watched the young girl at the register somewhat be a little sympathetic but then blamed it on the people in the back that messed up the order after she finally got it and went through the bags. The lady was very frustrated. The GM went up and started talking to her and I overheard the conversation and he did a terrible job talking to her and never apologized even once. I waited for about 12 minutes after it said my order was supposed to be ready. My wife ordered 30 traditional wings and a large seasoned fry for the kids. They were starving. I drove the food home and opened the bag and there was no fries inside. The seasoned fries were no where to be seen. This isn’t the first mess up at this location. It actually has happened every time we’ve ordered carry out. I called up and asked to speak to the GM and asked for his name when he picked up and what could be done on top of just the replacement of the one large fry that I ordered and paid for for their mistake since we live 20 minutes away and he hung up on me. After reviewing some of these other reviews I’m done eating here and I’m a local. Buffalo Wild Wings or another wing place may have better service and management. Wing stop usually has some of the best wings and I loved it in Memphis and in other places where I’ve lived. This location lacks basic customer service and awareness

  The customer service here was really uncomfortable. The girl cashier didn’t greet me or say anything when I approached the counter and just stared at me, waiting for me to give my order. It felt awkward. A simple “Hi, what can I get for you?” would have made the interaction completely different. Definitely not the kind of customer service I expected and not really appropriate for any job where you’re required to talk to people somehow.
