Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Burger was fresh and so was the Party melt. The young man Jakari that helped us was very pleasant and helpful with our questions, being we had a few because this was our first visit. He’s made us a what a burger fan. I understand that loyalty is a premium in any business and that the People and staff on the front line are the ones building the brand and customer loyalty!! So I contacted corporate and spoke to Tj Lezniak he assured me that he was gonna send me 2 coupons for free meals never happend still waiting till this day for them but by now it needs to be more than 2 meals sent to me. I had told him of a ftc violation that store was doing he did not want to listen or want to see the video and picture proof of such violation. So I guess my only option now is to send the video and picture proof of the violation to the ftc and I have went to the other local stores already you don’t wanna know the problems at those but they have asked me to forward that info also. So I very much hope wattaburger corporate emails me here very soon
