  This is genuinely the nicest Whataburger I have ever been to. Every time I have come here the employees have been so kind, I’m going to shoutout Kim and Caesar for being such friendly and helpful people!

  Was feeling a burger tonight so I went to Whataburger on Lexington Rd next to lowes and soon as I pulled in the drive thru lady already had a attitude in her voice so I told them I was looking then when I wanted to ask a question about a item on the menu I didn't get a response from the same lady another lady started talking to me little loud I could hear a echo of her voice around the parking lot then I proceeded to order and when I got my food it looked good I started to park and eat as I'm eating my burger I took another bite I felt something hard so i spit it out and see and metal washer so I went back asked for a manager then they told me to come in so I did and the lady at the register listens to me about what happen says what the heck and explains that I had a washer in my food to some one talking to her on her head set assuming it's the manager she then goes to the back I guess look around and comes back saying we don't have anything that has that small of a washer wanting to accuse me I put it in there my self which then I explained that I have a dash cam and I can prove that I didn't put that in there then she gives me a face and says what do you want to do about this we can give you a refund and that's all we can do so I accepted the refund she stepped to the back and I can hear the workers in the kitchen laughing she came back and gave me my paper of my refund then I walked out so if you decide to come to this location please look at your food can't imagine if I have the burger to my kid and would have to get emergency transport to the hospital before dying these people don't seem to care about they job but just be safe eating here

  Best experience ever! Fresh & delicious! Keymari took my order and was so kind! Hillary checked on me and made sure I had everything I needed! Will definitely be back soon!

  It was a fine burger with a stale bun,cold bacon, and cold cheese. The ordering system for the self order is confusing. The BBQ sauce is gross. The fries nothing special. And the service is appaling. I have now been 2 times with a good year in between and the wait time for a cold burger and nothing special fries is insane.

  I was surprised this small town had a Whataburger, which is one of my favorite burger spots. When I got there, I was the only person in the entire restaurant. My burger was delicious, and so were my onion rings and chocolate milkshake. I hope they get more business over time—they deserve it.
