  If wanting Taco Bell, it’s not worth stopping at this one go a little further down the road better service and they have never gotten my order wrong. Just about every time I’ve stopped here. They’re out of or just mess up your order.

  So it is NOT the employees but the amount of employees at this tacobell, I mean just look, the line is over flowing because they couldn't handle the amount of people in the lobby, I do door dash and the line is wrapped around the other side of the building aswell. It's a bust location that need more people, or they need to work more in with eachother unity. The spot where i took the picture I have not seen a car move for 17 minutes l, I timed it, They desperately need more people the staff are overworked, and when that happens the level of productivity will go down. No other tacobell is like this, even the one in Monroe GA when they get slammed with cars wrapping around to the road it take only 20 minutes, but in Athens you could expect over a hour.

  Typing this as I’m actively in line as I have been for 1 hr and 15 mins. Came through the drive thru with my friends and they had a mobile order. We get to the menu and ask to place an additional order. Kid you not the worker replied “no not at this time.” Genuinely what do you mean I can’t place an order at a restaurant. Actually ridiculous, and not even like we can get a refund from app to leave. Workers are rude beyond belief, most outlandish experience of my life. EDIT: still waiting btw but I just watched the girl at the window pick her nose and then go to touching all the mobile orders…

  if i could rate this place a zero i would. i've been here for TWO HOURS and i haven't even gotten to the window to pick my food up. workers are very rude too. we asked to make a second order at the speaker and the worker said,"nah....not at the moment" what?????? they didnt apologize for the inconvenience or even give us a reasoning. what do you mean you can't order FOOD from a RESTAURANT??????? i witnessed a worker dig her ungloved hand down into the front of her pants as well before placing food into the bag. totally unacceptable. DO NOT GO HERE EVERRRR!!!!!!!!!!

  do NOT come here. my husband and i went the other night after having a really rough night in the hospital. we placed an online order around 3:30AM. when we got there, the line was wrapped around the building (understandable, it was late and the clubs had just gotten out and everything). well we waited for an HOUR before we even got to the speaker. when we got to the speaker, the cashier said that she could not find our order in the system. then she asked us if we had placed it before i think like 4:15 or something (it was around 4:30AM at this point). we said yes. she said that they didn’t have our order anymore because the system reset to a new business day. WHAT? why would y’all not have it reset to a new business day AFTER closing? now i know that this is not this girl’s fault, and i do feel bad for snapping at her a little, we had just had a really long night (if you’re seeing this i’m sorry). but to the people in charge- really??? we waited for an hour and never got our food.
