- ABAjani Brewer2 days ago1.0Had to place the order online because the machines were down. When I got there it's was extremely hot inside almost unbearable and there were no chips or drinks.

During my visit yesterday during lunch at the Prince Ave store, I experienced behavior that I found unprofessional and disrespectful. The employee that is white and wears glasses was extremely rude, ignored customers, handled food improperly, and argued.. As a customer, I expect respectful service and a clean, professional environment, and this experience did not meet those expectations. I am bringing this to your attention so the issue can be addressed appropriately and future customers do not have a similar experience.
- DPDylan PriceJan 11, 20261.0save yourself the money and do not go here. i walked in and the atmosphere was awful already. i started to order my sub before really looking at the food if i would’ve looked first i would have walked out without anything. the cheese looked absolutely disgusting. the containers look like they have never been cleaned. they didn’t have any lettuce out but i asked for it anyways and the worker gave me a horrible look like he couldn’t believe i wanted lettuce. so extremely rude and i paid $10 for my sub and will be throwing it straight in the trash can. i am genuinely scared to eat this after seeing the food and how disgusting everything was. i will NEVER go back to this location.

I waited with my child and elderly mother while the employees played a game and made us wait for one customer that took her/his time and I didn't even know if they were gonna serve me. I literally waited 35 minutes for one customer. This was a horrible experience.
