  Waited 20 mins after I pressed the button, no one ever answered, there was NO OTHER CUSTOMERS THERE! There should’ve been no reason why after 2 mins there is no answer. I proceeded to go to the drive through and again no one ever answered. I drove up to the window concerned about them and saw 2 employees that were not working. Everyone says the same thing in the comments, and we get a generic response from the owner. Fix these issues

  I’ve given this Sonic in Athens chance after chance, and every visit is disappointing. The customer service is consistently rude, and it feels like you’re inconveniencing the staff just by placing an order. Even when I order ahead through the app, I’m still stuck waiting far longer than I should. What’s the point of mobile ordering if it doesn’t save any time? To make matters worse, the food is almost never fresh. It’s often cold, stale, or clearly has been sitting for a while before being served. Between the poor service, long waits, and low-quality food, this location has become one of the most frustrating fast-food experiences in Athens. I won’t be coming back until major improvements are made.

  I asked for a citrus refresher with fizz in it and it tasted like nothing but fizz! No flavor AT ALL and the milkshake was terrible. As long as they took to make it I would think it would be good, very disappointed. Speaker is also messed up. Don’t recommend

  I have been eating at sonic for the past 10 years and this is the worst location I ever been too. Extremely slow service and the food is never correct/poor quality. I have ordered through the mobile app the 3 times I’ve eaten here to speed up my service and I still have waited at least 10-15 after I’ve arrived before I get my food (even if it’s just a slushie I ordered). Unless you are really wanting Sonic, I would find somewhere else to go.
