  Store closes at 1 am… i arrived to order at 10:35. they inform me they can’t do any shakes or blended desserts because the “blender is already cleaned” 2.5 hours before close. this is my 3rd attempt in a few weeks to get a milkshake from this location, always a different excuse. can’t say i’ve had a single good experience at this location.

  As of 4-13-26 they just received a 69 Unsatisfactory on their recent health score. Mold on the cheese, mold in the ice bin, ingredients still being used past the 7-Day discard date, insects everywhere, etc

  Shut down ice cream machine for cleaning over an HOUR before closing, screens didn’t work well (tried to force me to give them a tip for only ordering a pretzel twist), couldn’t hear speaker…however they improved their service because it didn’t take 20 minutes for a plain single burger…

  Again another horrible experience at this location. I walked up and pressed the button at the walk up station number 31 and waiting for someone to greet me which never happened. They have Easter egg plastic print over all the windows so it's almost impossible for the employees to see the front of the store. Which would probably explain why after 12 minutes I still had not been greeted or had anyone ask to take my order. I keep giving y'all chance after chance cause the location is convenient, but every time I visit the service and food (if I even get it) and service are disappointing.
